Located in the Highland community of Brewster, Seymour pond is located just a few hundred feet through the back yard. Seymour pond has a nice beach area and is great for swimming, kayaking or floating.
You are within biking distance of the famous Cape Cod Bike Path, all Brewster beaches are nearby, and several public golf courses are a short drive. The house is newly renovated with new appliances and mattresses. There is a large deck overlooking Seymour Pond. Three bedrooms have queen beds, and two bedrooms have 2 twin beds each. There is a screened in porch overlooking the Pond.

very clean and well appointed. The grill was great to use and extra gas tank helpful. we could have used a few more towels and better quality bed sheets.

Quiet neighborhood- safe for childrenOutdoor patio was used frequently; enough bedrooms for the family with 3 bathrooms.Very spacious with an outdoor back yard

Second time we stayed at this Brewster location. We enjoy swimming in Seymour Pond and the National Seashore beaches. My 11 year old granddaughter took surfing lessons which was a big hit. Plenty of room for a big family. Great deck with a view of the pond and a table and gas grill. Nicely appointed. Highly recommend.

The home is very nice really needs some furniture updates couches very bad old stained just not right. Plenty of room for everyone and Seymour pond is very kind friendly. Over all an ok place better if furnishings were updated.
