Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a beautiful dining area with a large table, and doors that open to a deck with a gas grill where you can barbecue in the warm summer sun. Friends and family can spread out in the comfortable living area with vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace. Enjoy six smart TVs with Apple TV and the conveniences of free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and a two-car garage with EV charger. The unbeatable location of Townhome 1510 makes it easy to take advantage of fantastic community amenities that include a heated swimming pool, hot tubs, firepit, fitness center, steam room, massage services, and complimentary winter ski shuttle.

After a day on the mountain, sleep soundly in four bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the same level features a Restoration Hardware twin bunk bed, a double sofa bed, and an en suite bathroom. The lower-level third bedroom has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a queen bed, twin-over-twin bunk bed, and en suite bathroom. You'll also find a half-bathroom on the main living level. If work calls when you’re in Steamboat, there is a fully equipped office space in the loft.

WHAT’S NEARBY

This home is part of the EagleRidge Townhomes in Steamboat Springs, which are ideally located a quarter-mile from the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. In the winter, you'll have 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain at your fingertips, including the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Use the winter shuttle to reach the slopes or a variety of shopping, dining, and nightlife, or walk to Village Drive to find Apres Burger Bistro, the wonderful neighborhood store WildPlum, and Storm Peak Brewing Company. When the summer sun is shining, you can take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest) or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and fantastic restaurants, is three miles north. You'll also be five miles south of Fish Creek Falls, 10 miles south of Strawberry Park Hot Springs, and 30 miles south of Steamboat Lake State Park.

The condo was spacious, bright, very clean, and well-equipped. It was exactly as pictured, with a wonderful big sofa and a dining table big enough to seat our whole family of ten (while it only shows six in the picture). We were pleasantly surprised to find some folding chairs in the pantry to use around the table. The beds were comfy and it was great to have so many bathrooms. It was directly across from the pool, also as pictured, and very close to the main lodge where there was a fun espresso/latte machine. The only suggestions we'd have are that the bunk beds be in one room so that the queen bed had a room of its own, and that there would be one larger frying pan in the kitchen. Our grandson likes to make pancakes, but couldn't do it with the medium sized fry pan. The Vacasa staff was friendly and responsive. I originally booked through VRBO, but it was more cost effective going directly through Vacasa. Check-in was a breeze. We all had a wonderful time and would stay in 1510 again in a heartbeat! Maybe a return trip next July if it is available. We're from Boulder and Steamboat has always been our favorite mountain town. Thanks for helping us make great memories!

This was the perfect property for our family ski trip. The location is hard to beat, plus the free shuttles to the mountain and into town made everything so easy. The place itself was big and each room had its own bathroom, plus a large garage was great for extra gear space. The pool/hot tub/gym are also very close. Only thing I’d prefer is a more direct check-in without having to go to the front desk, but at least they were able to quickly assist us and also store gear. Would definitely stay here again!

This townhome is roomy and relatively well-equipped. The furnishings are good and it’s quiet. Master BR is on 2nd floor. Corner unit very near jacuzzi.

Great townhouse! Kids loved the pool and the ski shuttle was awesome, picking us up right out front every morning. Highly recommend.
