Großzügige 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit Dusche & Wanne. Alle Fenster mit elektronischen Rolladen bis auf das Bad, Insektenschutz an den Fenstern bis auf Wohnzimmer. Eigene Etage, Stellplatz seitlich vom Haus. Netter Kontakt mit Vermieter telefonisch & schriftlich. In der Nähe Bäcker, Metzger, kleiner Supermarkt .
Die Couch im Wohnzimmer war so durchgesessen, dass man nicht wusste, wie man sich aufhalten sollte. Bett im Schlafzimmer durchgelegen. Und die Küche war nicht sauber. Weder Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Spüle. Es gab kein Brotmesser, Pfannen waren alle Bodenbeschichtungen kaputt. Es gab nur Steakbesteck, was von der Spülmaschine teilweise rostig war. Grade Holz unhygienisch, z.B. Löffel in Kaffeetasse oder Joghurt . Balkon zur Straße raus, ständig Verkehr, da Ortsdurchgangsstraße. Keine Privatsphäre zum Nachbarhaus. Balkonstühle auch schon rostig. Sind 5 Tage früher abgefahren - natürlich auf unsere Kosten! Vermieter wurde über die wichtigsten Kritikpunkte informiert. Gab bedauern und 2 Gratisgetränke.
