One of the best travel experiences ever.

We had one of our best travel experiences ever, while traveling as a family with 2 kids. Partly due to the fact that we really liked this small town & what it has to offer; but in a big way due to this property and it’s management. We were traveling with a 2 month old baby and the management ensured that we had the right apartment and the right cot for the baby. The kitchen is fully stocked and the apartment was super clean when we reached. The pool and sauna were very well maintained and clean. The lawns are nice and can be used to relax, and there is also a Spielplatz for kids. Underground parking is there and can be accessed by using your home key. To sum it up I would whole heartedly recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Upper Bavaria.

Great location in proximity of two big ski resorts one located in Germany, 30 min. by car, second 40 min. by car in Austria. Nice, clean and quite place, suitable for families but not only.

Very good value for money. Clean and spacious facilities. Our room was free earlier, so they offered extra nights free of charge.

We understand Covid restrictions, but the rules how to book swimming and Sauna were not clear. One family at the time so visiting reception at 7am was needed. First days we were too late and everything was booked

Nice one week stayover in quiet place.

Super friendly staff. Upon arrival we could access the apartement directly. Afterwards we got extra information about the facilities (swimming pool, ...) and places to see in the neighbourhood. Apartment is equipped with all you need (including dishwasher) and plenty of gear to cook etc... Since we were there when COVID measures were active, all was done to have a safe stay. Hand gel is available, sauna and swimming pool has to be hourly booked in order to manage the crowd (max 8 people in the pool, most of the time we were alone in the pool with our family of 4). You can have your bread delivered in the morning, but I preferred to have a nice 10min morning walk to the bakery. The apartments are located in quiet neighbourhood and we had a balcony with mountain view. You can choose to park your car in the underground or in the outdoor parking lot.

The 2zimmer apartment has a sleep/sofa bed for the children. It doesn't include a real slatted frame so it was pretty hard to sleep on it. When I spoke about it with the staff, they admitted and said they were looking for a thicker mattress for visitors to come...

Toller Aufenthalt mit gut ausgestatteter sauberer Wohnung

Uns hat am besten der Pool und die Sauna gefallen und die Lage und Ausstattung der Ferienwohnanlage. Das Schlafsofa war wirklich sehr bequem mit einer guten Matratze. Das Einchecken per Schlüsseltresor war auch sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war außerdem freundlich. Vielen Dank 😬

Attenzione! This is a scam!

Posizione buona, appartamento spazioso e pulito.

Non mi sono mai sentita cosí poco benvenuta. Abbiamo prenotato una notte. Appena arrivati si sono lamentati della prenotazione fatta tardi (primo pomeriggio) e ci hanno chiesto se ci eravamo portati le nostre lenzuola. Pagare con carta costa 25 euro in piú. Quindi siamo andati in banca a prelevare piú di 300 euro in contanti. L’uso degli asciugamani costa 125 euro (per una notte per una famiglia di 5!!), quindi abbiamo usato i nostri che per fortuna ci eravamo portati. Sono passati 10 giorni e nonostante i solleciti la cauzione non ci è stata restituita. Scam!

Nous avons apprécié l'appartement, l'agencement, l'équipement,la piscine, les échanges avec les gens responsables.

Nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise par rapport au prix. Il était indiqué sans TVA et sans le prix pour les draps, serviettes, produit vaisselle,... Il faut rajouter environ 100€, ce qui pour une étape de trois jours est vraiment beaucoup par rapport au prix indiqué sur Booking.

Les conditions de paiement!! Ils ne passent pas par booking et veulent échanger par email perso avant le voyage. Non compris dans le tarif booking: 30€ de plus si vous payez sur place, impossible de payer via booking + 89€ de caution remboursé uniquement si vous envoyez un iban + 25€ par personne pour draps et serviettes, ce qui est enorme pour une ou deux nuits!

Atención a todos los suplementos y pagos extra que no se describen antes de contratar

Estaba bien. Limpio, bonito, bien equipado y en un sitio agradable

Una vez hecha la reserva te informan que lo de "toallas, sábanas por un suplemento" significa que para darte sábanas y toallas tienes que pagar 25€ por persona, es decir casi un 50% más del precio del apartamento ya que eramos 5. Me parece abusivo y desproporcionado. Intenté a través de booking anular la reserva y el dueño dijo que no y que nos cobraria el 90% . Tambien pone impuestos y tasas incluidas pero nos cobró aparte 2€ por persona de tasa turística. También una fianza de 89€. Reservamos el apartamento con tarjeta de crédito pero en vez de cobrarlo se presentó con un TPV, ofrecimos pagar en Cash pero dijo que no problem y nos cobró con tarjeta. Después de más de 15 días sin devolvernos la fianza reclamé. Me pide un número de cuenta para hacer el ingreso???? Es cuando nos informa que por haber pagado con tarjeta nos quita otros 25€.En España al menos eso es ilegal. No es legal cobrar comision por pagar con tarjeta. Me pareció todo un poco engañoso. Y nos salió más caro de lo que habíamos planeado. Para mi un compromiso ya que fui la que me ocupé de reservar. Reservo en Booking con la confianza de que no hay engaño y que antes de contratar estoy informada de todos los suplementos o cargos si los hubiera y no después.

Perfekt für einen Junggesellenabschied

Die Lage war super, man kann seine Wanderungen direkt von der Wohnanlage starten und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten. Die Möglichkeit im Fitnessraum zu trainieren war grandios und der Pool im Keller sowieso. Die Sauna hat dem ganzen noch die Kirsche auf die Sahne gesetzt.

Top Wohnanlage mit genug Platz und Wellness.

Schwimmbad und Sauna sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Platz ausreichend, Toilette und Dusche alles sauber. Eine wirklich schöne Wohnanlage. Außerdem Tiefgarage und Stellplätze vorhanden.

Mietpreis für Handtücher & Bettwäsche etwas überzogen. Aber wegen steigender Kosten auch irgendwo verständlich.

Halllo,gefrühstückt haben wir Cornflakes mit Milch und Obst und einige male Abenesssen selbst zubereitet. Sie wohnung war OK,lediglich der Duaschvorhang war nicht unsere Sache. Überschwemmund´g im Bad ! Aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Anzumerken ist, daß alles ( alles !!! ) vorhanden war, von Putzmittel bis zum Backpapier. Super Alles pepflegt und sehr sauber.

Kinderbett im Schlafzimmer wurde problemlos nachgekommen und mit Bettwäsche und Matratze ausgestattet Dazu ist die gesamte überwiegend geschlossene Ferienwohnanlage mit viel Spielwiese ideal für Familien mit Kindern da Spielgeräte und Spielplatz vorhanden ist Ein innenliegender Pool bietet alternative Betätigungsmöglichkeiten bei schlechten oder kälteren Wetter Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine hausinterne und großzügige Tiefgarage Bäckerei, Nahkauf und Dorfmitte sind nur wenige Autominuten entfernt Wir waren daher sehr zufrieden und werden garantiert wieder und öfters dort übernachten. Danke an die Vermieter die mit sehr angenehmer Freundlichkeit und Hilfestellung jederzeit zur Verfügung standen. Obwohl das Briefing mit Skizze, Beschreibung, Grundrisse etc tadellos und professionell vorbereitet wurde.

Wij waren met onze kleindochtertje en dochter Even naar het zwembad gewwest maar hadden de sleutel in het huisje laten liggen. Na de contactpersoon gebeld te hebben om te vragen de deur even te openen met een reservesleutel werd ons dit gewijgerd en verteld dat we maar een sleuteldienst moesten bellen op vrijdagavond. Deze waren niet bereikbaar dus weer opnieuw contact gezocht met de eigenaar. Deze heeft hierna geen van mijn 30 telefoontjes aan hem beantwoord. Ook mijn dochter werd niet beantwoord door hem. En dat terwijl we allemaal in badkleding buiten stonden. Een buurman heeft daarna een duwtje tegen de deur gegeven waarna deze open ging en er iets beschadigd was. Kortom een hel dit verblijf.
