Cool little apartment

Really nicely done apartment, nice details, great quality. Good location, easy access to main roads and also just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Salvador is a really nice person, super helpful, and makes your stay easy.

Great location and base for a few nights

The apartment was easy to find, in a great location only 5 mins walk to the town. Spacious enough for the two of us and well equipped

Smelt musty but that could be the time of year. The mattress wasnt the best and the shower leaks alot - prepare yourself for a paddle. Thankfully we took towels as had to use the ones supplied to soak up what we could. Torrential rain whilst we were there sadly and we discovered the patio door leaked too. Parking hit and miss as the spaces close by soon fill up and if you are out late no chance. Our hire car was keyed overnight whilst outside so be warned.

Enjoyable stay in this apartment.

Good location, but I have a car in use. The bed is firm, good for cooking in the kitchen, the apartment is good and functional, air conditioning worked well, stylish bathroom and hot water. I was very satsified. I recommend this apartment. The host answered my questions quickly and was friendly. The service was flexible.

For clening the floor there could be slightly better tools.

Superb

Stayed for 13 days. It is 3 min walk from Plaza de la Alameda, restaurants, shopping etc. Very spacious place and has everything one might need. Especially loved the cat that lounges in the yard. Very clean. Easy to get in after arrival with key in lockbox. Great wifi.

Shower leaks on floor, but can easily be mopped up. Sunshade fell down...a former renter seemed to try and fix it with duct tape, which obviously did not work. Easy fix for the landlord, but I never met him to tell him about it. Somehow no communication with landlord...the Booking.com communication did not seem to work. A friend who lives nearby got all the info for me by phone, including wifi password . All in all a great place. Will try to stay there again.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in the perfect location just beyond the centre of town. Good sized comfortable bed, excellent walk-in shower and well appointed kitchen area. All electrics, including air-con, worked well. We would stay again.

Disappointing Facilities & Parking a daily Problem

Air Con. Shower/Bathroom. TV & Firestick, Fridge/Freezer, Washing Machine.

Correct & amend the advert to avoid disappointment & not mislead. Address is 8 not 10. Guest Parking: Free parking no reservation needed. – HAH, Only if you get there first before 5pm. It is out the front of the Ceramic Shop - Workshop. Came back 5 times after 6pm to find other cars parked in the place. It is on a narrow residential street & once residents’ home, spaces all gone. 300/400-meter walk with bags etc. If you have small car, you can squeeze in between pots in front of gates, but then will be woken up 07.30- 08.00 to move car so the gates can be opened. As he owns runs the place why doesn’t he install parking bar for guests as he has done for him. see photos Balcony: There is NO Balcony of any kind that you can sit out on – remove from ad. View - Is of the road, Bins & apartments over the Road about 50 Meters. See photos Seating Area: Is on the main road. This is Shared not secluded. Is Workshop forecourt area he works in, Trailer, Dirt, Dust, Clay, & his Large Motorcycle in front of the seating area that is dirty & covered in dust, so not useable or a practical area to sit n relax or sunbathe. See photos Kitchenware: There were no cups or mugs, had to text him for some, was left just 2 mugs to use. Kitchen/Kitchenette NO Oven & only 2 hob rings. Kitchenware limited: There is a microwave but nothing you can use in the microwave, supplied glass plates shattered & no other microwavable kitchenware. When we text him about this, we were left just One porcelain plate to use! Nice touch Toastie maker, was broken– there was a 2-slice toaster. Non-Stick Frying pan & pot no longer non-stick Towels - 1 x hand towel & 2 medium towels, Old Thin Rough. No Shower/ Floor mat No tea towel for drying dishes. No DVD Player. Bed needs another under sheet over the Mattress protector to help reduce sweating For a couple of nights stop over, great. To stay at for 8 days self catering is not fun.

Great communication with the host, free street parking, central location in Andalusia as it was 20 min to Marbella and 30 min to Malaga, a very spacious and bright flat

the bed was small and the mattress was uncomfortable, little touches that could be improved (unclogging the shower drain, leaving a bath mat, leaving paper towels)

Perfect for a short stay, great host.

Communication with host was excellent. Location superb to explore Coin (5 minute walk to town centre which has a very good range of bars and restaurants ) and the surrounding area. Parking no problem. Apartment spacious and had good facilities for a short stay.

Great place to stay in Coin. Suited our needs well. We received a warm and helpful welcome. Pretty village on the beginning of our cycle tour. We went back on our return journey to purchase some more ceramics :)

Van rengeteg bevásárlási lehetőség.ATM Santander, ahol csak 7 EUR a tranzakciós díj. Gyönyörű helyekre lehet a közelben ellátogatni. Pl. Istán, Mijas, Ojén, Ronda. stb...

Problema con el parking

El apartamento en sí estaba bien y era bastante cómodo

Lo malo del apartamento es que sale el agua de la ducha y moja todo en el baño, además no sé contaba en el interior de apartamento con instrumentos para realizar la recogida del agua por lo que el baño era poco funcional. Por otro lado, por la ubicación del aparatamento, había bastante ruido de fiesta por las noches. Aunque lo peor fue que aunque habíamos reservado un apartamento que ponía que dispone de "aparcamiento privado", al llegar allí el hueco que nos había dicho el dueño estaba en la calle y estaba ocupado por otro coche. Al llamar al dueño nos dijo de bastantes malas formas que él no podía hacer nada, que el parking no era suyo y que no le podíamos pedir explicaciones. Es verdad que luego se disculpó pero ni él ni Booking nos ofrecieron una solución funcional, con lo cual tuvimos que perder tiempo casi todos los días buscando aparcamiento por los alrededores.

Decepción 😞

La cama era cómoda pero hubo que cambiar toda la ropa de cama porque no estaba en condiciones

Que estaba muy sucio olía muy mal , hubo que limpiar nada más llegar y comprar productos para hacer esa limpieza , ambientador bayetas lejía etc , el termo una pena no llega ni para la ducha de una persona , el microondas daba miedo usarlo hacia un ruido que te pensabas dos veces si usarlo o no por no hablar de la suciedad las toallas parecían una lija estaban fatal no se desde cuando no pone toallas nuevas el aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente y no se a limpiado a saber desde cuando , el sofá cama una pena huele todo fatal a sudor y se te clavan todos los muelles no entiendo la puntuación que tiene en Booking seguiría pero no terminaría ,,lo único bueno fue el precio pero no recomiendo este sitio

La estancia fue fantástica... La ubicación es perfecta. Un apartamento super tranquilo ubicado en la carretera a un paso del centro del pueblo, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Y nuestro anfitrión una persona super agradable.
