More expensive than expected. Not worth the price paid.

Felt ripped off. More expensive than expected. Extra €20 cleaning bill had to be paid in cash, on arrival. It was ambiguous on the website. Plus €100 cash deposit. Very, very basic- no mugs, no kettle, 1 bowl, no tea towel. Very shabby. Not worth €60.

location good

where do I start? Firstly there is no WIFI. the signal is not strong enough. There are 3 sockets in the apartment one for the tv in the kitchen. One for the fan in the bedroom and a double socket in the kitchen. You cannotLimited cooking and dining utensils with no consumables such as washing up liquid. No toilet roll in the bathroom. The apartment is not clean and full of ants. Both my partner and I are covered in bites. You have to pay €10 per person cleaning fee and €100 deposit. This is not listed in Booking.com. everything after that is a fee. if you need an earlier check out then there is a €10 fee. we were quoted €120 to park our car on the public street for 3 days while we went for a trip. It is only €20 for the 3 days to park at Malaga airport. As for the €100 deposit you have a choice either a credit transfer back into your account or come back at a more convenient time for the host to collect the cash in person. otherwise deposit can only be collected between 9am and 11am. This is not stated when handing over the deposit we were only made aware of this when we inquired about its return. no air conditioning the bed is uncomfortable and the couch even more uncomfortable. Shower goes from cold to scalding hot in a flash or be aware

After fully committing to the stay and once past the no-refund stage I received some abrupt messages from the host instructing me to pay an extra €20 arrival for cleaning. This was not visible anywhere during the booking process and further investigation showed that half a dozen previous guests had complained about exactly the same thing. Dogs barking for most of the night and no air conditioning/low ceilings meant that sleep was hard to maintain. There was only one pillow for two guests, a shower which without warning came out scalding hot while underneath it. The Wi-Fi was unusable because the signal was too weak. When I found an extension with a stronger signal requiring an eight-character code I asked for the same from the host. He responded by sending the same fourteen-character code that was written on the wall. When I asked him again for the eight-character code he said that he would look into it. This took place on the first night and we never received the correct code so couldn't do any work in the accommodation because there was also a poor network signal. There was no table appropriate for eating, the sofabed was extremely uncomfortable as both a sofa and a bed and the TV was badly orientated for watching. The extractor fan over the hob was filthy.

Don’t recommend!

Prise was indicated as 20€. on our arrival we were told that we arrived late thus 10€ extra. We were also told that we have to pay for cleaning - extra 10€. Guy offered to unfold sofa for another extra 10€. in addition to money that we payed through booking.com he charged us the same amount again. On top of that requested 100€ deposit. we had sleepless night because of dogs constantly barking.

Nada .. en absoluto ... tengo que decir que esta fue una de las peores noches

Por empezar en cuanto pagas te sale con pagar 10e por persona por la "limpieza" que se supone ropa de cama y toallas que no están . . éramos dos adultos y un menor y nos pusieron una sola toalla grande. Y lo peor que le hagas un bizun de 100e por que el no está cerca y si no que esperes hasta las 21.00 que el pueda ir .. una falta total de respeto... El sofa cama no abrió y no estaba con ropa ni sábanas ni nada .. ni almohada.. vamos nada .. La cama de matrimonio creo q ni de la basura es tan feo .. dormí con los resortes incandome por las costillas horrendo .. no dormí nada .. Te dice que tiene parkin dejas el coche en la calle vamos a merced que te lo choquen a la doblada Me regreso mi 100e a las 18.00 por que a esa hora iba alguien a mirar q este bien . Y para rematarla que si tienes algo en la basura te la lleves tu al contenedor ...

Todo el piso sucio en las habitaciones llevan camas sucias los platos del cocina también pide 10 € de limpieza pero no hay ni limpieza ni nada. Las toallas huelen fatal el armario sucio

Que se puede aparcar en la misma calle del alojamiento porque siempre hay sitio. Pero no tiene parking privado aparcas en la calle.

Sofa cama muy incómodo y sin sabanas ni almohadas. Mucho calor no tiene aire acondicionado y de los dos ventiladores que tiene la casa uno está roto sujeto con gomas. Las sabanas de la cama cada una de un color distinto y los almohadones cada uno tambien distinto, resumiendo impresión nefasta. La cama como si la hubiese hecho un niño de 5 años. El fondo del wc negro literal. Papel higiénico 1 rollo empezado para 3 personas 1 semana. Lo que dejaras en la encimera de la cocina a los 3 minutos lleno de hormigas. Los vecinos nos aromatizaban con marihuana desde la mañana a la noche . El mobiliario excesivamente viejo y con mucho uso. Los techos muy bajos y poquísima luz. Agobiante. No creo que pase las inspecciones de habitabilidad. Simplemente por la humedad que tiene .

Desde el aspecto hasta la falta de jabón, en la cocina y cuarto de baño. El aspecto de la habitación, deplorable. Además, una almohada pequeña para una cama de matrimonio. La distancia del aeropuerto es de más de media hora por carreteras secundarias.

Perfecta estancia

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado tiene el tren y autobús cercanos para poder desplazarse a Málaga o la costa. Esta en una zona tranquila por lo que el descanso es total. El propietario es muy profesional.
