The apartment is in a central location in the heart of the old part of Alhaurin el Grande, walking distance from restaurants, cafes, and other conveniences. The host was extremely responsive to our needs. Some of the kitchen knives were broken and needed to be replaced, and the host promptly responded by providing new knives immediately. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the kitchenette was well-enough equipped for preparing stovetop meals. Alhaurin el Grande is a great town, with phenomenal restaurants, friendly people, and a fantastic indoor swimming pool with mountain views. Biking in the area is fantastic and Coin is only 15 minutes away by car.
Parking in the neighborhood is hit and miss. Sometimes nearby, free street parking is available, sometimes it isn't. There's a public parking lot about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, but it's not free during daytime hours, so beware. The nearby streets are narrow and not easy to navigate or park on, so if you can't handle tight parking spaces and narrow roads, don't stay here. The apartment has 2 floors that are connected by a small, steep, spiral staircase that is not easy to navigate and does not make it easy to carry luggage up to the second floor where the bedroom and bathroom are located. If you are clumsy on stairs or a large person, you won't like the spiral staircase! The couch on the lower level is not comfortable for sitting on. Hopefully, the owner/host has gotten enough negative feedback about the uncomfortable couch to replace it with a more comfortable one since we were there in February 2026! The apartment is small, so if you need a lot of space to be comfortable, stay somewhere else.

Perfecto desde el primer momento.
La recogida de las llaves super sencilla, había elementos como lavavajillas, gel, etc… que últimamente es difícil de encontrar en los apartamentos donde vamos.
Está situado muy céntrico y tiene un pequeño super cerca.
Un poco complicado aparcar, sobretodo en semana santa que es cuando fuimos.
