INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Casa Peschiera 11 features cosy, functional spaces perfect for couples or families. The bright living room includes a relaxation area with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen corner with gas hob, fridge/freezer, oven and dining table. The sleeping area offers a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds, both with wardrobe space. A bathroom with shower and washing machine is available, along with a convenient guest toilet. Air conditioning is provided in the living area.

OUTDOOR SPACES

The villa is free on all four sides and surrounded by a private garden of approximately 110 sqm, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The covered veranda, furnished with a dining table, is perfect for enjoying alfresco meals after a day at the beach. A private parking space with gate is also available.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit will be required at check-in and held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present and under the guest’s name). The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (release time depends on your bank). In case of damage or rule violations, a corresponding amount may be withheld.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS

All Klodge accommodations are private properties rented for tourist purposes (Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Region of Sardinia). As private homes, they may present minor imperfections that do not affect functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialising in short-term holiday rentals.

ONLINE CHECK-IN & CONTRACT

After booking, an online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfies for all guests). Your data will be processed in compliance with GDPR regulations. A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract is in Italian; a courtesy English translation will be provided.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE SEPARATION

A door-to-door waste sorting system is active. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of all waste properly before departure.
