Just an overnight stop.

It’s a good location with a quiet car park for an overnight stop when travelling back to Europoort from Austria. This was the fourth time we’ve used the hotel. Food is excellent, can recommend the pork medallions & breakfast is filling too. The rooms are comfortable.

Great stay!

My colleagues enjoyed their stay at the hotel. The facilities were good. There wasn't much to do at night but taking a boat to the other side of the river would have been great. Didn't know about this till the next day.

Fabulous room especially the bathroom. Huge! Amazing views over the Rhein which you could even watch from the bed. Brilliant breakfast.

the hotel was comfortable and very clean in communal arras. We paid for a suite and it was worth the extra with lots of space and modern facilities. Great balcony overlooking the Rhein. Excellent continental breakfast plus bacon and eggs. Staff were very friendly. We would have given this hotel an excellent rating if it wasn't for the the poor chambermaiding.

Very poor chambermaiding. Foliage and a bottle cap that were on the balcony when we arrived were still there a week later! Shampoos, soaps and drinking water etc. were not replenished over our entire stay, even when empty and as we were there for a whole week we certainly needed our own by the end. the floor felt dusty and grittier as the week wore on.

Fantastic surprise in Remagen with Rhein view.

Breakfast buffet was excellent, with ample hot coffee and attentive staff. Dinner in restaurant revealed a great chef!

Nicht mehr in dieses Hotel

Frühstücke war ok, nettes Personal. Das Bad war schön und großzügig, leider war die Duschbrause am Schlauch undicht und spritzt überall hin.

Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer, da das Bett sehr klein war. Ein Upgrade war nicht möglich, schade. Der Check in dauerte 50 MINUTEN. Nicht besetzte Rezeption, unkompetentes Personal, wir waren nicht registriert, falsches Zimmer… angeblich waren keine Zimmer frei. Beim Frühstück saßen Max 20 Personen bei 40 Zimmer… nicht kundenfreindlich. Laut durch die Straße und die Bahn. Die Bettwäsche war defekt und wir hatten unsprünglich nur ein Bettgarnitur, die Zweite wurde irgendwann nachgereicht- leider war diese auch noch unterschiedlich zur Anderen. Die Türe zum Zimmer ist nicht wirklich geeigne, um mit Koffern hindurch zu gehen, da sie nicht vollständig zu öffnen ist.

Joli et calme.

Vue sur la Rhin comme demandé, c'est un hôtel joli et calme avec toutes les commodités. Le Monsieur de la réception au check out a été particulièrement agréable et le petit déjeuner était correct.

Ich komme definitiv wieder. Und wünsche mir vielleicht etwas mehr Gemüse und Hummus zum Frühstück.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und optimal möbliert und sauber. Der Ausblick so schön, dass ich den TV gar nicht brauchte. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich. Ich fühle mich immer sehr wohl dort.

Ich war das erste Mal im neuen Bereich untergebracht. Die Lüftung empfand ich so laut (ich habe Gehörprobleme), dass ich nicht einschlafen konnte. Gegen zwei Uhr habe ich es geschafft, die Klimaanlage auszuschalten. Das hat mich geärgert, weil ich um sechs aufstehen musste. Nächstes Mal frage ich direkt an der Rezeption nach Hilfe.

Steriel nieuwbouw hotel - te duur voor de geleverde kwaliteit en service ...

Prive parkeerplaats voor het hotel.

Via een diensten ingang vanaf de parkeerplaats. Ca. 2 minuten moeten wachten, want de hotelmedewerker was telefonisch in gesprek. Na kruip door en sluip door mijn kamer gevonden via vele trappen. Kamer is schoon maar sfeer - loos. Wil hier niet opgesloten worden. Te clean. Restaurant ... ja. Hutje mutje zit je en gasten naast mij met hond onder de tafel. Keuze hoofdmaaltijd niet voorradig. Kwaliteit Schnitzel was OK. Restaurant = cafetaria. Ontbijt is prima, jammer van de lauwe koffie waar ik om moest vragen.

M.E. sollte ein Hotel in dieser Kategorie einen persönlichen "Safe" in den Zimmern anbieten. Auf meinen entsprechenden Hinweis beim "check out" wurde mir nur lapidar geantwortet "haben wir nicht" (als wenn ich das nicht schon selbst festgestellt hätte). Es wäre wünschenswert, dass das Personal bei entsprechenden konstruktiven Vorschlägen eines Gastes freundlicher reagiert.

Fijn hotel

Mooi hotel, mooie kamers, super vriendelijke medewerkers, goed ontbijt en diner, leuke ligging aan het water.

De afstand tot het centrum lopend is ver maar wel een leuke wandeling langs de Rijn. Wij hadden gelukkig fietsen bij ons. Als je aan de voorkant ligt, heb je 's morgens vroeg veel geluid van het verkeer. Met het raam dicht gaat dat wel goed maar dan wordt de kamer erg warm, tenminste in september dan. Dan kan je de airco aan doen maar ik vond dat die veel geluid maakte.

Genieten van het fantastische uitzicht op de Rijn.

De schitterende locatie van het hotel met vanuit de hotelkamer een fantastisch uitzicht op de Rijn. Daarnaast was er volop personeel dat buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam was. Het restaurant was voorts uitstekend en - heel belangrijk- er heerste een aangename stilte op de gang,

Niets, behalve misschien een extra deken in de kast.
