Comfortable appartment
Beautiful apartment well furnished to cook. Comfortable bed. The bathroom beautiful.
In the bathroom, there was only 3 in 1 body gel, shampoo and conditionner. Would have been great to have one for each. And I think the hand soap was a bit low or it might be harder to access the soap.

The say was ok except two things mentioned: cold floors and cleaning team
Good location, efficient and friendly communication before check in
Ice cold floors. The floors in the whole apartment were burning cold. Cleaning team was a disaster. They came around 9AM and were very loudly speaking to each other on the stairway right in front of our door, for a lengthy time. When time came for us to check out and bring suite cases down to the car, the narrow stairway was full of cleaning supplies and equipment, all the way from first to second floor, leaving only few space to pass. We had to argue with the cleaning team to clean up the way. Otherwise, in the absence of elevator, it was quite tricky to pass (together with a suite case and with a toddler).

Very clean, everything well thought out, organized and always attentive from the moment we booked. They provide tickets for public transport. The area is ok.
There was one detail we didn't like: someone opened the door to our suite without knocking before 9am, and checkout is at 11am. There was also a noise of water running from the room's heater that kept us from resting.🙁

Apartment living with hotel style, daily housekeeping service. Fast friendly communication. Early check-in was no problem. Easy, out of hours arrival. Compact yet fully equipped kitchenette. Spacious enough for a family of four. Short walk to a choice of supermarkets. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent cost/benefit in Bern - definitely worth a shot
Claude & staff have treated us extremely well. Place is well kept and professionally maintained - I believe they own the whole 3 stores building (6 apartments). Excellent cost/benefit ration (for Swiss standards). Quiet, easy to get neighborhood (we were driving - easy parking). Definitely recommend it.

Cozy and quiet
The apartment is very clean, cozy beds, quiet location and transport within 5 minutes. Clear instructions from the host. Very happy that we received tickets for the public transport for free. Very well stacked mini bar.
We were staying during end of November in the apartment on the ground floor so the floor was very cold and the radiators weren’t hot enough for us.

It was everything in the appartment that could be - all the kitchen staff, sewing kit, bathroom liquids, even mini bar. They cleaned it every day. I feeled like in a hotel :) The Bern ticket was very helpful.
