The living room displays contemporary elegant upscale furnishings, beautifully tiled floors, and West Indies style dining table for four, as well as three bar stools. Prepare the family’s favorite meal in this fully equipped kitchen with bright white cabinetry and full-size appliances. Relax and enjoy a beautiful king bed in the master bedroom, access to the balcony facing the ocean, large walk-in closet, and separate master bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom will have an upscale king bed also with a private bathroom. The third bedroom has one twin bed and a twin/double bunk bed. All the bedrooms have DVD players and flat-screen TVs. There is also a CD stereo system for your listening pleasure. Please come and refresh on a fabulous upscale beach getaway in this luxurious unit. You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.
Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We love the condo, ease of check in/out, location of property, cleanliness, quiet of building, this unit is on the end of the building so lots more windows.

The view from the unit is absolutely stunning, I would stay there again. However, some of the furniture is a bit old (sofas) and should be replaced. The master bedroom mattress is very firm, a little too firm for our liking.
The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of space for all guests. I look forward to visiting again!
