The generously sized balcony, overlooking the resort pool and the beach, is a great place to take in the beautiful views of the coast. With on-site dining, beach bar, resort gym, shared pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub, this resort is sure to please!

This centrally located resort is right in the middle of all the area has to offer. Check out nearby Destin Commons for an afternoon of shopping and end the evening with dinner and bowling at Uncle Bucks Fish Bowl. The sportsman in your group will be thrilled to know this area offers some of the best deep sea fishing on the Gulf Coast, as well as many options for golf.

The good points…We were able to check in a little early.The property had nice pools/hot tubThere was a bridge walk so we didn’t have to cross the road to go to the beach.The not so good points…The air conditioning unit is not working. The first day and a half the condo would not go below 75 and it was HOT. After several attempts from maintenance they finally called a company to deliver portable air units to each room (which made our entrance to the balcony unusable). The mattresses/ furniture: appliances (tvs) were older and could use a replacement. We had some issues with really slow WiFi that was a bit unstable. My sister found fake nails in her bed and we found sand in ours so I’m not sure the sheets were changed for us. Floor was dirty and left our 4 little ones with black dirty feet. Not terrible for the price but not great.

Yeah, if you're reading this review, know this.. the accommodations are everything that's stated on the listing. Its clean, spacious and designed perfectly where the 2 master rooms are separated on each side of the place. 3 bathrooms. Honestly, the unit was perfect. The carpet OUTSIDE of the room.. that belongs to the building itself.. blah. Smells mildewey.. and the pool.. ehh. But the bridge connecting to the tiki bar thing was cool. Anyway, if you need to accommodate a large group, reasonable price, terrific location.. I say go for it!

The entire rental experience was easy. The only thing I would like to be able to store my luggage as we had an early arrival.
The condo was clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay. Would certainly rent again
