Doria Suites Napoli

We were booked in at a different hotel but as we arrived after check in at 9pm we were stranded. We booked this room through booking.com and was in constant contact with the lovely people that run the accommodation to make sure we were able to get into the room even though it was 2am!

Everything was lovely

We love this appartment. It is nicely furnished with modern and stylish furniture. It has terrace with a great view and its location is just perfect, close to airport bus station, port and city center. Lady Antonella is very nice host, communicating quickly everything that you need. We will stay there again.

Our stay was just fine.

We are so pleased by our stay! The hotel has perfect location, just few steps from bus and metro stations. The lady who welcomed us was very kind. She came and gave us the codes for self entrance. We found a champaign and strawberries in the room, so and different fruits. The room was cleaned every single day. I asked for an iron and she gave us. Tha last day she gave us the code for another room to leave our luggage till our flight. At night is very quite and perfect for sleep. We didn't had the breakfast, that was included, because we were getting up too early and the coffee bar was still closed. Totally reccomend the hotel for couples, who wants to visit Campania.

Just one thing - no WI-FI in the rooms. Only in the hall.

The location is excellent, very close to the metro and within walking distance of major attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

The overall experience was disappointing. The room was small, not very clean, and somewhat untidy. Some drawers were broken and poorly maintained. The amenities were limited, and the hairdryer was very weak and inconvenient to use. There was no reception, and access to the building was sometimes difficult, as the main entrance would be locked and required contacting the owner, limiting flexibility. Additionally, I was informed about a city tax only after check-out, without prior notice, which caused inconvenience since I had already left. I had to complete the payment via bank transfer.
