- Great location - Very friendly and helpful staff - Comfortable bed

Unfortunately, the hotel was not quite what I expected from a typical hotel. The reception is located in a neighboring building and is only open until 8 PM, so the accommodation feels more like a bed-and-breakfast concept. Breakfast is delivered to your room with a limited selection. Every day, someone messages you to ask what you would like and what time you would like it delivered. It is certainly convenient, but personally, we would have preferred a traditional breakfast buffet with more variety and flexibility. Overall, a lovely place with a great location, but it is worth knowing that the concept is more B&B-style than a traditional hotel.

Very well located in the city with easy access to the centre and waterfront. If you just want a room for the night (or two) then it’s perfect as a base. Staff were very helpful and made us welcome.

A little difficult to find (initially) but once you’ve worked that out it was easy. A few steps to climb, there is a lift but we didn’t use it.

It’s a hard one to rate - the effort was there but it just lacked the finishing touch. The bath and sauna fantastic to have but the quality of the towels , the wear these items had on the room really shown .The staff really nice helpful and communicated

Beds well worn, karaoke bar under apartment that went on the early hours - it wouldn’t have been so bad if someone could sing something different other than titanic “my heart will go on “

No hot water, reception did give me a free beer for inconvenience but wasn’t ideal showering in the evening after travelling or in the morning. Also room was right opposite reception desk and unfortunately even when reception was closed phone kept ringing until late in the evening disturbing sleep.
