About this house rental
Hello Travelers! This house is a newly decorated and furnished second level of a two-unit Duplex. To access the second-floor unit, guests will need to climb some stairs. Centrally located, it is close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Great Plains Zoo. Great living area with a big king and two twin memory foam beds!

It was a very nice place. Host was communicative and checked in on the second day to see how things are. Beds were comfy. Only problem was the people below us on the second night were very loud. I could hear them very clearly upstairs. I had to bang on the floors at 2 am. But that is not the fault of the host.

The property is clean and as listed. Our only concern was the way the steps up to the apartment are situated. We knew there would be steps, but the hand railing doesn't go all the way up. I took our luggage up and returned to help my older friend to find her crawling up the last few steps!! The railing ends right at a small landing and there is no railing for the top steps that are uneven. This would not even have registered as an issue for me, but seeing the effect it had on my older friend gave me pause. I did help her up and showed her how to hold on to the wall and door jamb for the rest of our stay. And no one was injured! But this I is just a heads-up for anyone that has older people planning to stay with them.
