This house is also blocks away from the expansive Terrace Park/pool and unique Japanese Gardens. Concert goer? You’ll be a mile walk from the Denny Sanford Premier Center. Here to visit your college student/graduate? You’ll be blocks away from both Augustana and USF! Also, conveniently located near all major medical centers: Sanford Health, Avera, and The Veterans Hospital.

It is a small home in a quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is that if you are sleeping downstairs you hear every movement above you as the floor is loud(you’ll have that with an older home). The owners are great to work with and very responsive. Check in was extremely simple and went smooth. We got into town a couple of hours early and we were able to leave a car at the place. The house was clean and appeared nicely refinished.

This was such an amazing little house for our weekend away with friends!! The hosts answered right away with anything we needed leading up to our stay! We felt 100000% comfortable and safe! Will definitely be staying here again!!!
