About this house rental
Clean home in a quiet, safe neighborhood just minutes from downtown. Enjoy a comfortable stay with blackout curtains, smart lock, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer. You’ll have full access to the entire home, including a stocked kitchen, living area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, deck, and laundry. Upper level has kitchen, living room, bath, and two bedrooms. Lower level includes a family room, third bedroom, and full bath.
The space -
Enter through the main foyer, where you’ll find access to both the upper and lower levels of the home.
Upstairs is the main living area, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay. The kitchen includes essential cookware, a Keurig coffee maker with pods, and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, garbage disposal, full refrigerator, and stove. Just off the kitchen is a dining area with seating for six.
From here, step out onto the deck overlooking the outdoor space, complete with a picnic bench.
The adjoining living room offers a comfortable space with a large couch, chair, and coffee table.
This level also includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom features a TV, and both bedrooms include comfortable beds, nightstands, and spacious closets.
The lower level features a family room, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. The family room includes comfortable seating, a TV, and a dining table for additional gathering space.
The bedroom is cozy and includes a nightstand and a closet. The laundry area, located just across from the bedroom, offers a washer and dryer for guest use, with detergent and dryer sheets provided for your convenience.
Guest Access -
Guests have full access to the entire property during their stay. There will be no other guests or occupants on-site aside from those included in your reservation.
Access to the home is provided via a secure lockbox using the code shared in your welcome message. If you have any trouble accessing the property, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Service Animals are welcome; however, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 that will be collected upfront.
Checkout:
- Is by 11 noon ---- so sleep in.
- Please close all windows and doors and lock them.
- Please put garbage in garbage containers beside the garage.
- Close the front door fully so the automatic lock works.
- Put all used dishes in the washer-dryer, and please start it if time permits.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great, and we really appreciated the fenced in backyard it was a nice feature.A couple things to note: the upstairs living room could really benefit from having a TV. We didn’t end up using the basement TV much, so having one upstairs would have made relaxing in the main space more enjoyable. The beds were also quite firm and not the most comfortable for us. Also, the kitchen could benefit having a colander for cooking. That said, the property itself was nice and the outdoor space was a highlight.

The house was fine and the pictures were fairly accurate. The house was fairly clean and the linens were clean. However, there were no tea towels in the kitchen which meant we had to user paper towels for everything. That seemed such a waste. The baking pans were very poor quality and the coating stuck to the food. We had to throw it out as it was inedible. The dishwasher does NOT clean. We ran a load and had to wash every single item we took out afterward. We had to hand wash the dishes the rest of the trip. While we could keep the upstairs comfortable, the downstairs never did warm up. Thankfully, there was a space heater down there we ran while watching TV. The mattresses were fine, but had a plastic mattress protector on them that was so loud every time you moved it woke us up. There were not enough pillows; one bed had shams only, no pillow cases. The pillows in the house were very poor quality. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. Another suggestion I'd make though is to put the key to the door on a ring of some sort. Having to keep up with a loose key was very inconvenient.
