Surrounded by a magnificent garden and a large olive grove, a small lake lies a walk away. Located in San Costanzo, this holiday home can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. Ideal for a family, kids are also welcome here.
3 km away from the pretty town of Mondolfo hosting numerous shops and happening bars. Marotta and the Adriatic Sea are a drive away, which has beautiful sandy beaches, excellent sea-food, entertainment venues, cycle paths. There are many excellent wineries where you can taste or buy the best wines and local products. The cities of Fano and Senigallia are two popular tourist destinations for sea-lovers and for culture and history enthusiasts. Urbino, capital of the Renaissance and UNESCO site, can be reached after a drive.
A gazebo, swimming pool offers a wonderful view over the valley. A large porch is set up with furniture to let you enjoy the outdoors. A star-gazing session on the hammock will lull you into sleep in no time.

It's the second year in a row that we are coming to this house. The place is perfect! We were 2 families, having each its own house but with enough place outside to be able to have dinner together. Each place is well equipped with everything you need for your stay.
The pool is huge, always clean and warm. The olive tree garden is perfect for a nap in the afternoon. The house is located on a quiet hill but you can still reach the beach in 10 minutes.
Luca and Elisa are lovely hosts. They can suggest beaches, restaurants in the area. They had left some pastries, bread and cheese for us on our arrival.
We will definitely come back!

Het is een prachtig huis met alle gemakken voorzien, prachtig zwembad en gezellige loungehoeken om te genieten van het Italiaanse uitzicht. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Zij wonen direct aan het huis, maar dat je hoort en ziet ze alleen als je ze nodig hebt. Een echte aanrader voor twee gezinnen!

Wonderful place to stay for a relaxed family holiday. Place is quiet and clean and all the things you need are there. Shops and supermarket close and also nice city's in the neighbourhood where you can pay a visit.
Ow and the pool is excellent!
I would like to go there again!
