With three levels of stunning lake views, you can watch the sunset away from the crowds with a drink in your hand. Breezy open floor plan offers room for the whole family to relax and unwind. Access to a quiet stretch of sandy Sheridan Beach is less than half a block away!

First Floor:
• Deck with lake view
• Game room with pool table, big screen tv, PlayStation, loveseat, wet bar and mini-fridge
• Bedroom with queen bed
• Bedroom with twin bunk beds
• Full Bath
• Laundry room with full size washer and dryer
Second Floor:
• Master suite with king bed, deck with lake view and en suite full bath
• Bedroom with queen bed
• Bedroom with twin bunk beds and a full bed
• Full hall bath
Third Floor:
• Deck with lake view
• Fully equipped kitchen with four bar stools
• Living/dining area with large leather sectional, fireplace, bigscreen tv, dining table with seating for 10
• Reading/game room
• Half bath
Parking: 2 dedicated garage spots. NO PARKING ON THE DRIVEWAY AS IT IS SHARED WITH THE TWO NEIGHBORING HOMES.
Must be 25 to rent and stay for the duration of the stay to book.

The property worked well for us. There were lots of get away spaces since we had a wide age range. When we were all together, there was certainly enough space, but when the pre teens wanted to get away from the toddler and baby, they could find private spots.
Location and beach access OK.
Lots of stairs and steep driveway made planning necessary to limit number of trips up and down!
Top deck perfect for watching a major Thunderstorm plus extra entertainment: fireworks at Navy Pier!

This home was wonderful with beautiful views of the lake! It had plenty of room for our family to spread out but also large community spaces for when we wanted to gather together. We loved the quick and easy walk to the beach as well. The owner was very nice, informative and responsive. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely perfect & the sunsets are stunning. Be prepared for a lot of steps throughout the home but it just made me feel a little less guilty about the cocktails that we enjoyed on the beach! We loved all 3 decks, the game room & the fact that the beach access is only a very short walk away. Thank you!! We hope to visit again soon.

The house has plenty of space, great views of the lake, and close beach access. The house could use some updates but is as described in the listing,
