Welcome to "The Beachside Four," a freshly renovated complex featuring four individual apartment units, perfect for ensuring everyone enjoys their own space. When it's time to gather, the spacious upper deck (accessible from Units 3 & 4) provides the ideal setting for listening to the waves, and soaking in the breeze. A brief 30-second walk across the street leads you to the sandy path of Lake Michigan's Sheridan Beach.
Each unit offers its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining space, full bathroom, washer & dryer, and one reserved parking spot, except for Unit 2, which has two reserved parking spots. Additional street parking is available in the immediate area.

The listing is confusing, this unit is not part of the Beach walk resort so no access to pool and other activities.We had 4 separate small units in one building fo 9-11 people. 2 units had 2 bedroom, 2 units had 1 bedroom. ProsEach unit was unique and clean and pleasantClose access to the beachFairly quiet dead end streetVery hot week and A/C worked well, but loud units near bedrooms.ConsNo closets or drawers for clothes No luggage standsNo instructions for an unusual coffee makerOverall we had a great stay and enjoyed the area!
