About this apartment rental
Bright and cosy three-rooms apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: water boiler, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 sofa bed and 2 double beds. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with crib, wifi, television, and air conditioning. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo comodo appartamento nel centro di ortigia. Data la posizione si raggiungeva facilmente a piedi ogni angolo del centro.
L'appartamento è risultato pulito, rinnovato da poco e dotato di ogni comodità.

The Island of Ortigia, in Siracusa, is a beautiful place and Gianluca's apartment is the perfect setting from which to enjoy both. The apartment is large, comfortable, well appointed, nicely decorated, well furnished, has comfortable beds and was very clean. Air conditioners work well and there is hi definition TV. The best thing about the apartment is the location,...only steps from the Archimedes Piazza and very close to the Duomo Piazza. Gianluca met us at our car and led us to the apartment. Parking is a manageable walk away, but that is true even for hotels on the Island. He provided a map, good advice on sightseeing and restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern. We had the misfortune of getting a parking ticket on the last night and because our flight was so early we couldn't take care of it. We gave him the fine money and he took care of paying it for us. If we ever return to Ortigia, we will call Gianluca first and we would commend his apartment to anyone wishing to enjoy this beautiful Island and City.
