It’s next to the tram. The common room had hot and come water dispenser. The bed was confortable and it was clean. Great water pressure.
They are very picky and strict with their rules

Good accessibility with many bus routes, the room is spacious and have an elevator. Check in was easy and the room was really clean.
Electricity was off once during our stay (we did follow the house rules not to turn on the Air-con and hair dryer at the same time). Noises from the road construction and traffic as the apartment is facing the main road.
