Pearl of the German Baltic Sea, cosy appartment to stay

Great location, nice appartement.

Low ceiling, third bed is a sofa - no tbad, but not that comfortable as expected.

Fantastic vacation

The apartment nr. 5 is cozy but maybe a little small for 4 persons. - The kitchen has all the necessary equipments you may need. - The bed was very comfortable and the toilet very well invested, which I mostly liked. - The location is super, a few meters away from the center.

I struggled to assemble the baby beds for more than 2 hours which took quite my nerves and time. It would have been certainly better if they were already assembled at our arrival. Even in this case the owner was really trying to help at her best when I reached out.

Wonderful!

The location was fantastic. We walked everywhere, had a grocery store 100 meters away, and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

For 4 people - 2 adults and 2 kids it was a little cramped. The kids slept on the pull-out sofa. For 3 nights it was fine and we would stay there again.

The apartment was clean and we had everything what we needed for few days living there. It was really pleasant and comfortable. It is close to the beach and railway station. No need to use car, comfortable to go for a walk to any place in Warnemünde, because everything is close to this place. Unfortunately we were only two nights but I’m sure we’ll come again and not only one time 🥰☀️

Dieser Aufenthalt war für uns eine Zeit, um Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden.

Da es sich um eine Ferienunterkunft handelt, haben wir uns selbst verpflegt und dafür die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung genutzt. Diese waren gut erreichbar und völlig ausreichend, sodass alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war.

Ein negativer Punkt war allerdings die Kirchturmglocke in unmittelbarer Nähe, die auch nachts regelmäßig schlägt. Dadurch ist es leider unmöglich, bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Auch bei geschlossenem Fenster sind die Glocken zu hören. Der sonstige Verkehr war hingegen unproblematisch. Der Autoverkehr ist ruhig und ausgeglichen, sodass hiervon keine Störung ausgeht.

Für drei vier Nächte war es ok, allerdings ist die Wohnung mit 2 Personen, max. einem Kleinkind ausgelastet.

Kaffeemaschine (Pads) - laut und umweltunfreundlich; Dusche lief nicht gut ab, daher immer „Überschwemmt“; Kochausstattung-nur 1 kleiner Topf, den man nicht wirklich benutzen möchte; Sofa und Decke nicht einladend zum kuscheln (etwas abgenutzt)

Gute Lage.

Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht der Realität. Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Zugang zu dem Zimmer über eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe. Für ältere Gäste mit Koffer kaum zu bewältigen. Bilder ersparen wir uns.

Sehr viele Hinweise - “bitte verschieben sie keine Möbel, alles hat seinen Platz, etc.”, ich weiß nicht, was dem/der Eigentümer/in hier widerfahren ist. Mich hat nur gewundert, dass die Kaffeemaschine zur Nutzung dann doch verschoben werden musste- selbstverständlich wurde diese zur Abreise wieder an Ort und Stelle korrekt abgestellt Weiterhin hörten wir früh die Laufgeräusche der Mietenden über uns

Ein sehr schöner Kurzurlaub an der Ostsee

Ein stilvoll sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartement im Zentrum von Warnemünde hat uns hier gut leben lassen. Bahnhof und auch der Strand sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Nur ein großes Handtuch für jeden empfand ich als wenig. Ein Händetuch wäre sehr sxhön gewesen.

Für die 2 kurzfristigen Übernachtungen hatten wir eine gute Lösung.

Die zentrale Lage nähe Alter Strom, ohne zu laut zu sein. Guter Parkplatztipp Herr Tan und dessen Organisation per Mobilfunk Nummer. Das Schlüsselsafeverfahren war sehr praktisch für 4 Personen, die nicht alle gleichzeitig kommen und gehen.

Ich hatte für 4 Erwachsene Personen gebucht, aber nur 2 hatten gut im Doppelbett geschlafen. Auf der Ausziehcouch mit Topper können 2 Erwachsene nicht schlafen. Die Liegefläche ist zu schmal und so stark beweglich, dass bei einer Drehbewegung einer Person die 2. durchgerüttelt wird. Für eine Person wäre es ausreichend.

Sehr gute Lage unkomplizierte Anreise Schlüssel lag im Schließfach mit dem mir bekannten Code..Sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung es war alles vorhanden ..

Der Preis für die Endreinigung ist nicht gerechtfertigt !! Leute putzt mal wieder die Fenster !!! Das macht dann gleich einen besseren Eindruck !! Das komplette Haus war sehr hellhörig , Eingangstür konnte nicht geschlossen werden macht keinen guten Eindruck !

Sehr schön.

Wohnung 5 ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben diese schon zweimal gebucht und auch gut dort mit 3 Personen geschlafen. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage zum Strand und zur Innenstadt.

Eine steile Treppe bis in den 2. Stock.
