Guests will have full access to the Unit B and dedicated driveway during their stay. Please note that the garage and a few locked storage areas are reserved for owner use and will not be accessible. Everything else is yours to enjoy—spread out, settle in, and make yourself at home!

Pet Policy:
We happily welcome one well-behaved dog to join you on your stay! Cats are not permitted. A non-refundable $125 pet fee will be charged, just include your pup in the guest count when booking, and the fee will be added automatically. Please note: pets are not allowed on any furniture. If excessive pet hair or evidence of pets on furniture is found, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to the card used for your reservation.

Nice location for skiing at Wolf Creek or spending time in Pagosa Springs. Quiet neighborhood. Wifi was sketchy but perhaps to be expected in that area. Decor was a little outdated and worn. We went with friends and the 2 units connect so that was nice.

Lovely stop to be a home base for exploring . It is only a few feet from the highway and because there is NO Ác you have to sleep with the windows open so constantly hearing the highway noise.
Contacted owners a few times for some supply issues and he was very good about getting back to me with any issues we had. Layout of the house was perfect for our adult needs. Beds super comfy. The walking in the neighborhood was spectacular.
We will keep this location on our list for future stays.
