About this house rental
Your family and friends will enjoy this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with bonus room and large lot with a recently added fence for a fenced in yard! Even better, they'll enjoy the great location being close to Lake Pagosa, Pagosa Springs Golf Club, Recreation Center with indoor pool and hot tub, Shopping, Dining and a short 30 min drive to Wolf Creek Ski area.
This home has plenty of parking and as you walk up the stairs you'll enjoy a nice covered deck with gas grill and indoor wood stove. As you walk in the home, you'll realize that you're in a Colorado cabin with wood floors, walls and ceiling. The living room is cozy, the dining table is large and the kitchen with new appliances opens on to the living / dining area. In the hall you'll find new washer / dryer and down the hall you'll find a queen bedroom and a bunk room for the kids with a full bed with TV in the room. Both upstairs bedrooms access the upstairs full bathroom.
Down the stairs you enter in to the large bonus room where the kids can hang out, play and watch TV. There are 2 queen bedrooms downstairs each with a full bathroom nearby. Each bedroom has new comfortable beds.
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.
This home does not have AC.
Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

Excellent house and even better if you have dogs. Very large yard that is all fenced in with a gate, so the dogs can roam to their heart's content. The house is very nice with great furnishings. Kitchen has everything you can need and there are two living areas to hang out. The deck has an umbrella heater as well as a gas fire pit which make sitting outside wonderful.

Everything was as advertised. Office was very attentive to our questions and everything worked well in the house. Internet is very speedy. We even woke up to ten inches of snow on our final day. Awesome time in Pagosa.

We loved the cabin and had a terrific stay! The upstairs can get warm and if we had any criticism it would be to install an ac unit or large ceiling fan in the living room upstairs, as it can get hot up there. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We used the grill one night with friends and enjoyed the large dining table. The home would also benefit greatly from a fenced in yard for all the guests who bring dogs. The area is so beautiful and some new grass could be planted and a wood fence installed to give the property an almost perfect charm! Our dogs loved the downstairs (as we did) because it was so cozy and cool! We spent most of our time downstairs. Overall, a great experience. Communication from the management was excellent and appreciated. If the owners would build a fence for all the doggie guest to do their business outside and feel safe, as well as install a ceiling fan or ac unit upstairs, we won’t hesitate to stay here again!
