The main level has vaulted ceilings and windows that allow in plenty of natural light. After exciting days on the mountain, cozy up on the sofa by the gas fireplace and watch your favorite show or movie on the TV. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Sports teams and college groups are prohibited by the HOA.

Great place and location for the 9 of us. We were unhappy to find that the shuttle service described on the Vacasa listing no longer applies to the property. We walked or took the bus when the shuttle drivers were not willingly to bend the rules for our group. The kitchen pots, pans, dishes, utensils were all sticky on arrival, but were adequate for our group once everything was cleaned. We found the powder room toilet unflushable and questioned why it wasn't in working order at check-in. One of us spent 1/2 day with the plumber in order to have a working 4th toilet. Overall, a great but if you plan on using the shuttle daily, pixk another place or call the property manager to see if they have a new (current) agreement with a shuttle company.

Overall the place was great and accurate from the listing. A little bit difficult to get in touch with the management company, though. Also, the place was cleaned great before and there was some trash under the beds.

Location is great and the free shuttle was helpful. Steps always from the pool and hot tub, and all of the beds were comfortable. The house was well equipped, and all of the people in our party enjoyed their time here. We will be back!

Great place to visit Steamboat. House is great but upkeep is lacking. 2 bath fans were noisy and could not run. Other minor broken items need to be fixed.
