Winterset #2 is perfect for multiple families, an extended family, up to four couples, or a boys and girls trip. Experience epic Colorado sunsets and the unbelievable panoramic scenery of the Flattops all the way to Emerald Mountain and Sleeping Giant from the large deck and inside the living area.
Enter the unit through either the downstairs, attached garage, or the main level front door. Both options have convenient landing areas/storage for you and your gear.
The attached covered garage has storage for all your gear, a bench to change in and out of ski/snowboard boots, and is heated! There is an additional parking space outside the garage. From the garage, there is a flight of stairs to get to the main level that includes a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen.
In the living room, you will find stylist yet comfy furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. There is also a sliding glass door that leads out to the patio. The patio has a brand new private hot tub, outdoor furniture, and a gas grill.
Back inside, the dining room and kitchen have plenty of seating options for your whole group to gather and be merry. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook your favorite meals with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There are 4 bar stools and 8 dining room chairs. The second entrance leads right into a mudroom adjacent to the kitchen with plenty of storage for all of your gear. There is plenty of natural light and spectacular views.
A set of stairs takes you to 3 of the 4 bedrooms, including the master. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated tile floors. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and private balcony, which is perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or your favorite beverage in the afternoon and enjoy the views. There is plenty of storage for your clothing.
The two other upstairs bedrooms, both with queen beds, closets, ceiling fans, and updated private vanities, share a beautifully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated tile floors.
On the third floor resides an oversized bunk suite. Two twin bunk beds, a large closet, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower make it the ideal kid hideout.

Everything was great! House is as advertised (including driveway that is a bit difficult to get in and out of, but not the end of the world). The views of the valley and mountains from the hot tub are truly spectacular, pictures don’t do it justice. Host was quick to respond and resolve any issues. The walk to the base only feels long if you’re holding skis and walking in boots. I recommend you bring your own beach towels for the hot tub though it’s just nice to have a separate bath towel and beach towel. Would stay again

Excellent place to stay for a long weekend of riding and music! Hot tub was perfect with a great view of the Yampa Valley, the condo is well laid out with plenty of room, heated garage for gear is nice too. Short walk to everything we needed and location right on the bus line made getting around a breeze. We’d be happy to stay again!

Great communication and easy access to lifts. Plenty of room for a big group even though there’s on living area, we felt good with 10 adults! Cheers.
