Welcome to Winterset 1! This beautifully remodeled condo has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that span across 3 levels. This spacious unit sleeps up to 10 people, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. Upon entering, guests will immediately appreciate the striking open layout connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The beautifully appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all of the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook for the family. The dining room table will fit 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The living room is large and welcoming; you will want to escape here and relax after a busy day in Steamboat Springs. This room has plush furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large smart TV. There is also a convenient half bathroom located on this level. As you head up the stairs you will find all of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, TV, connected patio and ensuite bathroom. Down the hallway are the second & third bedrooms that are attached with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has a king bed, plenty of closet space, and its own sink/vanity area. Back in the hallway, you will find a ladder that will take you up to the loft bedroom. This room can sleep 4 with 2 sets of double-over-double bunk beds. This room also has its own attached ensuite bathroom.
Guests can bask in the fresh mountain air on the large outdoor patio. Whether you are relaxing on the patio furniture, soaking in the private hot tub, or grilling up some food on the BBQ grill, there are plenty of ways you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Steamboat Springs.
This unit is limited to two vehicles. There is 1 garage space, which fits small and mid-sized vehicles. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT FULL SIZED TRUCKS AND SUVS WILL NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE. There is 1 additional outside parking space available at this property. Guests may park anywhere on the Winterset property so long as they are not blocking the entryways to any of the garages.

Fantastic condo not far from the slopes! Our group really enjoyed staying here. The condo felt spacious and the check-in/out process was easy. We would stay here again if we we come to steamboat springs.

Wonderful accommodations and communication with the host. The kitchen was stocked perfectly for home cooked meals. Plenty of room to lounge and sleep for our families. Steps away from the bus stop that takes you directly to the base (first stop). Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Winterset #1. The condo is located right on the Free Bus Line. 175 Steps from the Front Door to the Bus Stop. Condo is very clean with an updated kitchen and all necessary utensils. The hot tub was clean and ready to use when we arrived. Our Group of 9 had a great time here and I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a fun Steamboat get away.

The unit doesnt show like the pictures, the bathrooms are definitely dated and for the price we paid 2000 per night I would think the unit could update the bathrooms, water pressure in the shower was not great.
