La Casa 22 is a multi-level family-friendly condo. Inside, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a wet bar ideal for entertaining, and a comfortable living area with a gas fireplace and balcony access. The bedrooms area on separate levels and include a primary suite with a king bed, a second suite with a queen bed, and two additional bedrooms each of which has two twin beds and en suite baths. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request. After days out on the mountain, come home for a soothing soak in one of the two shared hot tubs.
If you're looking for some fair-weather adventure in the great outdoors, hike the scenic, seven-mile Yampa River Core Trail that passes right through Steamboat Springs, or head north just 37 miles to check out the incredible Mount Zirkel Wilderness Area for fishing, hiking, and whitewater rafting. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of the Old Town Hot Springs with multiple pools and water slides, just a little over three miles north. And when it's time to dine out, this condo sits within walking distance of popular local restaurants like T-Bar, Café Diva, and Slopeside Grill.

Perfect townhouse feel for our large group! We rented two units near each other which worked out super well for us and ensured everyone had a bed. La Casa was very accommodating with our extra cars and the space was perfect for our needs. Loved the townhouse feel vs condo!

Your home was perfect for 6 of us! We had plenty of room and the comfy sectional couch was perfect for chatting over morning coffee as we planned our day. Beautiful views, very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back!

We knew the house was big but the place was actually bigger then we thought. Each bedroom had a full bathroom and the beds were amazingly comfortable.
It would of been nice to have screens on the bedroom doors because there is NO AC and keeping the doors open at night made for some critters to come in.
The kitchen was well stocked. Carpet needs replaced. Overall, we did enjoy the stay and the place. We will be staying here again.

Great value. The property is a little dated so if you must have fancy this is not your spot. But lots of space. Great for big groups.
