La Casa 04 is a luxurious, multi-level condo offering over 2,400 square feet of ample space for the whole family or travel group to enjoy. This unit recently went through an extensive renovation and is beautifully appointed. The entry level consists of a full kitchen, complete with all the creature comforts of home, and a breakfast bar. The dining room includes a table for eight (with the extensions), as well as a wet bar for entertaining. And the adjacent living area is comfortably furnished and includes a gas fireplace as well as access out to a private balcony and a queen sleeper for additional sleeping. For those traveling with little ones, a highchair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request. Also for your enjoyment, there are two common area hot tubs.
La Casa is conveniently located just a 150 yard walk to the slopes and just a short walk from all the many restaurants and shops in the base area. We also provide a winter shuttle that loops to the ski area and is on call to anywhere within the city limits of Steamboat Springs. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of some of the area's natural hot springs like those at Old Town Hot Springs, or take a trip back in time at the fun and fascinating Tread of Pioneers Museum, both less than four miles from this property. And for all-ages, summertime fun, visit Amaze'n Steamboat Family Fun Park, just a little over two miles west.

We stayed for a week in late July and enjoyed everything. The place has everything you want or need for a week-long visit, and stayed cool enough throughout the day that we didn't need AC or fans. It's a short walk to the base area for food and activities, which was great. We'd definitely stay there again.

This was a great place with plenty of room and super clean. Well stocked kitchen and lots of towels. But, be aware that it is NOT air-conditioned! Only A/C units are in the master bedrooms (there are 2). VRBO lists it as air-conditioned and Vacasa lists it as PARTIAL A/C. In no way would I say it's even partial. So, if you stay in the warmer months, just know that it gets very warm. There are lots of fans, but even that didn't quite get it for us. Overall though, it was a good choice in a good location.

This unit was the perfect location for our fall getaway! We had 2 families (8 ppl total) and the space was generous and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy meals. We even walked down to the restaurants just down the hill and then a 8 minute drive into town for shopping and more! Beds are super comfortable and we loved having ample bathrooms. The views are also amazing from all balconies. Highly recommend and we would book again.

A good nights sleep is essential for any vacation and this was the only thing missing in my stay. My maitress was uneven, lower and flatter on one side than the other. Then the pillows were seems really old and used up. I can’t say either provided the good nights sleep I usually get in vacation spots, and my other roommates exspressed the same discomfort, with the pillows in particular.
Replace the mattresses and pillows, then this place should earn five stars!
Oh, and please include at least one day of house cleaning! We had to pay an additional $125 for one day of cleaning. I feel this should have been included or at least brought to my attention when securities reservations!
We’ve booked weekly accommodations at numerous resorts, and at least one day of house cleaning is included in this kind of booking price.
