The ground/entry level has a full-size washer/dryer plus a bedroom and access from a connected garage. The main level offers an open-concept living area with stone gas fireplace, and flat-screen TV. The living room opens to a large deck, has an adjacent dining area for 6, kitchen and the second bedroom and bathroom. The 3rd and upper level offers a primary bedroom with King size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV and small private deck.

There is a ground level bedroom with twin over queen bunk-bed and an additional queen bed with an ensuite bath. There is main level queen bedroom with a jack-and-jill bath. There is an upper level master suite with a king bed and ensuite 5-piece bath with jetted soaking tub and separate stand-up shower.
