Can Seguinot Mercer by Sealand Villas

This is a splendid luxury property that comfortably sleeps 4. The layout is generally very good internally with adequate kitchen provision and good WiFi. Outdoors is the star of the show with a superb large pool, enormous covered terrace, for all al fresco dining needs. There is ample off-road parking. A wonderfully peaceful location on very quiet roads yet only a 5-10 minute drive to the beautiful Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. There is a selection of supermarkets even closer! Sealand Villas were very responsive to our communications at all times.

The owners / agents do need to 'think guests' a little more and take care of some of the small detail for me to score this a '10' though - e.g. there was no welcome park waiting for us and towel provision was poor until we requested urgent delivery; the TV (though not really required for our holiday) was very poor with the digital service not working.

Hot water seemed a struggle. Cold showers for a few. Seemed a lot of mosquitos in the house which I’ve never had before. And the air conditioning was okay at best.

The property was very nice, great location and the pool was really wonderful. It felt very spacious inside and out. We stayed for two weeks and having the cleaning team (who were great, very friendly and helpful) come often was a real plus.

Arriving very late due to flight delays to find not a scrap of toilet paper in the house was really unpleasant. We received an email about ordering a welcome pack two days after we arrived (the basic welcome pack had not been provided) .We spent almost all our time outdoors so some cushions on the outdoor chairs and loungers would have made it more comfortable. The pool lights only came on at midnight which was a shame. The fridge needs replaced.

The location was perfect. It was a very peaceful location. The villa was very secluded. It was nice to make it feel like home for a week. The cleaning team that turned up were very friendly and helpful. The villa was very easy to find and the instructions to access the keeps was very clear.
