About this villa rental
A perfect mix of traditional and modern, this house lies in a peaceful spot between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. The well tended garden is a delight to behold with lemon, olive and palm trees and a most unusually designed private pool 12 x 6 metres with mosaic tiled steps leading into the water. The house is accessed by the staircase to the side of the villa, the villa opens into the lounge-diner, decorated with contemporary furniture. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast table. Beamed ceilings throughout. There are 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning. 1 double with en-suite shower room and 1 double bedroom with en-suite full bathroom. There is also a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. There are lovely views to the open countryside in this quiet location. There is a new fantastic outside barbecue area which has recently been constructed. This also has is a large BBQ, fridge, dishwasher and kitchen area with dining table and chairs. There is a separate toilet and a shower area here too.

Beautiful villa in great location. Lovely deep pool and pretty garden.
Well kitted out kitchen snd lovely bathrooms.
Slightly strange layout of bedrooms but overall a really great villa.
Unfortunately on 2 days the water supply failed but the owner worked v hard to fix it as quickly as possible and was very helpful.

Wonderful property in an ideal location between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Villa and outdoor area is great for families with older children.
Would be even better if the living area had air conditioning as well as the bedrooms as it got very hot by the evening.

This villa is very comfortable with a fabulous outdoor area. I found the beds very comfortable which is not always the case with villas in Pollensa. the Nord Villas staff could not have been more helpful and when an electrical storm interrupted Air Con supply on day one they remedied it within the hour. particular shout out to Vanessa who was tremendously helpful at all times for this trip and an earlier one at the same villa last year. also we booked our car through Nordvillas which was the best plan ever, as we avoided the inevitable hassle with claims that the incorrect insurance was not in place when collecting the car.

very little to improve here, the villa has an unusual configuration in relation to the bedrooms but we quickly got used to this. highly recommend this company and this property

Absolutely fantastic villa which we enjoyed staying In.
The pictures on the website don’t do this villa justice.
Located in a nice quiet area with a beautiful outdoor pool and outside facilities. We loved our time staying here and would definitely return.
The villa was lovely and clean with air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.
Plenty space with 3-4 bathrooms.
Checking in was an easy process with key locked in a lock box at the main gate.
Cleaners came twice over the 7 days we were there to make sure we had enough towels etc.
we had a wonderful week staying here.
