Recently constructed, Villa Marilen Petit is light and airy, with delightful wood beamed ceilings and wooden shutters providing a courteous nod to some typical Mallorcan tradition. As charming as the interiors are, it was the exteriors that captured our imagination with a fabulous swimming pool with large steps allowing easy access for the young and the elderly alike! During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably especially in the evening and overnight. Heaters can be added to your booking in the extras page where available. 
Please note, the road leading to the villa is narrow in places. Therefore, when booking car hire/transfers, please bear this in mind. Larger vehicles are not recommended.
