RENTALS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY IN JUNY, JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBRE.
House built in 1999 and reformed in 2012 for 6 people with spacious terraces and private pool (measures 9 x 4,30 - 1 mts depth -1.5 mts depth- 2.00 mts depth ). Fresh water. Very quiet place. Ideal for families with children or seeking peace people. Just located 4km from Puerto Pollença, 5 km from cala san Vicente and 3 km from Pollença town. There are some sights to visit. In the north there is a nice town with beaches with white sands to visit and swim. In pollença is a golf course a 4 km and another a 12 km. If you prefer nautics sports, in puerto pollença is a sailing school and boats and sailing for rent. There are also excursions exploring the beautiful beaches and coves of de area. These tours are recommended. If you want to diving, there are few diving centre.
Both pollença town, puerto pollensa or cala san vicente, there are very good restaurants to eat, so fresh fish of de bay or grilled meat to. The owners are happy to recommended some if they wish. The owners speak English (a little).

The location of the villa is excellent, and we enjoyed the pool and local beaches - Cala san Vicenc, and also playa Formentor were beautiful. Also very close to supermarkets which was great. The house is a little tired, and there were only 5 sun loungers (6 of us staying) - they were old plastic ones, not the wooden ones which are featured in the photos. It would have been helpful to have some fairy liquid, bin bags and a couple of dishwasher tablets to at least get us started when we arrived. An oven glove would also be useful. The beds were very comfortable, and when the issue with hot water was sorted out the showers were very good. We wondered if we were the first guests of the season, and the house hadn’t been fully opened up and used yet.

Lovely rustic property in a quiet area but close to towns and supermarkets. It could do with a bit of a spruce up arguably but it did the job really well for us. The only thing I felt was missing was the option to heat the pool - I'm sure it's lovely and warm all summer but towards the end of October it was very cold (unsurprisingly)!

The villa itself is fine, but the outdoors space is absolutely fantastic. A few mins drive from local supermarkets, Pollença and port de Pollença but in a very peaceful rural location. Really well maintained and Joan the owner is very communicative and helpful.
