Very good value for the money.

For a stay near Karlsruhe it's a very good place. In 10 minutes one is in the main city. Still a bakery and little shop is in walking distance for a breakfast. Very good price for the value. Modern house, very well equipped for e-cars and cyclist.

Over all clean and cosey

We had conference at the Messe Karlsruhe, so this place was very convenient within two tram stations or short walk. The room is comfortable and with good bed for sleeping. The shower is small but comfy. The interior is light and fit small room. Over all clean and cosey. If you need to stay in the small town out of the city center it is a good choice.

Nothing in particular, take into account that in this guesthouse there is no kitchen and played laundry. There is no elevator, but again it is just depends on what you are looking for - nothing new here.

There are almost required things that one need to have in the room. The guest house is clean.

Allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Lovely, comfortable room (and nicely decorated with good quality furniture), chocolates. Quiet room so easy to sleep. though conveniently centrally located very close to public transport. Friendly owner who took the time to find out what had brought us to the area.

No communal areas as the place was being refurbished.

Im not a breakfast person but the fruit, juice and cake were good.

Only coffeemachine in the room, no facilities for the in the room but that was nicely solved downstairs in the bar.

Not exactly a hotel.. More like a serviced apartment. DIY entry, but the morning staff were great and very helpful, even bringing me breakfast on a tray when I failed to get down in time.

Better it be clear that there will be nobody to greeet you on entry.

Perfekte Lage für Restaurant und Messe

Unkomplizierter Checkin über Schlüsselkasten, genaue Informationen vorab, für uns perfekte Lage für einen Abend im Restaurant Schoko, genügend Parkplätze in der Nähe, direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle, Bäcker/Cafe in der Nähe.

Wir kamen mit dem Fernseher nicht zurecht - ein "old school" Fernseher wäre uns lieber gewesen. Bad/Dusche etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Heizen über die Klimaanlage hält nicht lange an.

Immer gerne wieder

Sehr netter und kompetenter Kontakt vor Anreise. Alle Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt und kulant abgewickelt. Check-in super einfach, Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus. Nur 2 Haltestationen vom Messegelände entfernt und das Frühstück beim Bäcker gegenüber war auch mega. Wir buchen spätestens bei der nächsten Veranstaltung im Messegelände wieder hier.

Das Zimmer war OK. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nach meiner Meinung nicht. 100 € für eine Nacht ohne Service ist zu viel. Es gibt in der Nähen andere Möglichkeiten.

Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Gästehaus! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, professionell und immer bereit zu helfen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und modern eingerichtet – perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Ich habe mich hier wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Messe, ideal für Geschäftsreisende und Messebesucher. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Auch ohne Frühstücksangebot habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt, da es in der Umgebung viele gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen gibt. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und komme bei meinem nächsten Messebesuch gerne wieder!

Sehr gemütliches und komfortables Zimmer

Das Gästehaus ist echt zu empfehlen! Ich kam darauf weil ich in der näheren Umgebung bereits einen Hotelzimmer gebucht hatte aber das „Hotel zum Ochsen“ erwies sich als zu/verwiesen. Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel, sauber, sogar mit der Möglichkeit die Minibar zu echt fairen Preisen zu nutzen. Im Flur gibt es einen Wasserspender mit schön gekühltem oder heissem Wasser. Man hätte sogar kurz Wäsche waschen können, da sogar wäschetabs bereitgestellt wurden - auf alles wurde geachtet. Kontakt mit dem Eigentümmer via whatsapp jederzeit und super zügig vorhanden. Eintritt in das Zimmer mega easy via schlüsselbox. Für Autos gibts Parkplatz und sogar Elektroladestelle. Das Gästehaus liegt sehr zentral zur Sbahn und zu einem Bäcker direkt 20m entfernt.

Für Durchreisende eine gute Wahl zum Übernachten.

Frühstücken konnte man gut in der gegenüber liegenden Bäckerei. Wenn wir auch mit dem Auto gereist sind, die Infrastruktur für Rad-Reisende ist gut.

Es gab keinen Aufzug. Ins 2. OG war es für meine Frau etwas anstrengend. Aber die Zimmerwahl des Vermieters hatte den Hintergrund ein ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen. Das war schon wirklich gut.

Sehr guter Ort für einen Arbeitsaufenthalt.

Wir waren nur zum Arbeiten dort. Wir waren nur kurz in der Unterkunft, aber das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn es Messen in Karlsruhe gibt. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls außergewöhnlich, die zuständige Person ist sehr freundlich.

Es gab weder Duschgel noch Shampoo im Bad... Wir mussten Handgel benutzen. Auch gibt es nur wenige Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Umgebung.

Für wenig Geld gut geschlafen

Stets nette Kommunikation per Whatsapp war problemlos. Die Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor einfach. Das Zimmer hat alles, was es braucht. Eine Bäckerei mit Cafeteria 1 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Der eigene Parkplatz ist nicht gerade prickelnd. Wenn dort 3 Uebergrossraumlimousinen-Ego-Parker stationiert sind ist Ende Feuer. Ein Kleinwagen passt nicht mehr rein. Das war aber gar kein Problem. Es hat in unmittelbarar Nähe genug öffentliche Parkplätze
