Clean, stylish room and hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Allowed us to store our luggage for a few extra hours after checkout. Breakfast area looked nice although we didn't eat there as we had other plans already.

No tea/coffee in the room and no kettle or even mugs or glasses if you want to bring your own; only single-use plastic cups in the bathroom, which is not very environmentally friendly and feels cheap - contradictory to the overall 'fancy' vibe the hotel seems to be going for. The bathroom door was quite draughty making showering a bit unpleasant as it is an open shower directly facing the door. The shower also sprays all over the floor making everything wet. Lighting in the room could be better, and the door needs some soundproofing.

Rooms were very comfortable, all new and unique decorations.

I couldn't get the A/C unit to work but it may have been me not knowing how to operate it since it was very new. Maybe have instructions for it in the room?

Perfect for our short weekend visit to Karlsruhe.

Very good connection to public transport, only few stops from the main train station. An underground car park is also available. The hotel is modernly furnished, stylistically consistent and the staff is very friendly.

The room had nice decor, looked modern and a specious bathroom with shower. Breakfast was good, but a bit overpriced for the selection offered.

The room was heavily perfumed, hardly bearable. Other rooms were not perfumed, apprently. Due to time constraints I could not bring this up to the staff. I assume the room was used with smoking permitted before.

Even though I was a bit skeptical (I've seen pretty bad reviews), I was pleasantly surprised by the employees and the place itself. Clean, very nicely located, friendly staff.

Some rooms have a common balcony, which is not necessarily a problem, but I wasn't warned.

Staff was very friendly and professional. The overall design of the hotel is quite nice. Location is excellent. Breakfast is great.

There were renovations going on in some of the guest rooms. Twice I had to call because it was too loud to take a noon nap, there was drilling from the left side and hammering on top of the room. My complaint was, however, immediately considered and the noise stopped.

I was lucky to reach someone at the reception on arrival after 6pm

It is now the second time that breakfast was not ready at 7am as advertised. And very unfriendly.

Nicely decorated and definitely worth the money

Central location without being loud at night. The staff was friendly. It is nice to stay in a small hotel that does not feel so compact.

The room was on the street side, which became loud after around 7:00 in the morning. In the summer, the room gets hot and you have to open the windows, which unfortunately increases loudness.

Hot and humid with no ac. Having a fan in the room to move the air would have made a big improvement to the comfort of the room. Breakfast was good and staff was great.

I feel that more should be done with towels ,as they look awful and my hear dryer was not working .It was not perfectly cleaned also.Hear and dust in bathroom .

The service was good, friendly and helpful. Regarding the room, the matress was good, the bathroom as well, and in general the hotel has a new and modern decoration.

Rooms have no fridge inside, and they lack some additional lighting, sheets and better covers.
