For a short 2 day stay it would have been fine. I just booked for too long

The location

The location was perfect. It was nicely decorated and quiet. The lack of enough towels and clean sheets for a 16 day stay. There wasn’t a book to advise how to operate the stove or tv. The mattress was not 13 inches but only 5. My husband slept on the couch cushions on the bed and I on the chair cushions which made it doable. No wine bottle opener which was a surprise for France.

Nice apartment, value for money

It was a nice apartment to explore both Le Havre and Étretat, fully served our purpose. Close to the center too. Bathroom was clean and modern.

We didn't realize it was a sofa bed in living room and that there was no separate bedroom, but we might have missed it while reading the description. But the sofa bed turned out to be quite comfortable.

The host (David) is AMAZING - extremely kind, patient, helpful. The apartment was very well located close to the sea, and had everything that we needed for a short 2 day stay!

Had a great time, the studio was perfect for two people.

We got the keys from a key box in a box in the building. It was very comfortable. When we left we just had to leave the keys at the same place. High security. The studio was clean and cosy. It had a big bathroom with a wonderful shower. Great location, WiFi and a smarttv. I sure would book this studio again.

It was actually hard to find the studio from the road called Boulevard Clemence. Number 94 is on the opposite side of the building. You can find 92 and 96 from the Boulevard but 94 is in between but on the other side. The host need to explain this a bit better before arrival. I am sure the host would have helped us but we had help from people living nearby. We couldn’t get the cool lamp in the room to work so I missed that cosy feeling when the lights goes out and you only have that small light from the lamp beside the bed. I am sure it will have been fixed before the next guest to arrive. As you see, there wasn’t much negative to give feedback on. Book it!

Bon séjour malgré les différents aléas

la situation géographique

la difficulté pour accéder à l'appartement le premier jour car nous n'avions pas les indications malgré un appel téléphonique trois heures plus tôt. Le canapé-lit pas confortable ni en lit ni en assise ! L'impossibilité d'utiliser le parking qui est toujours plein ! (Heureusement que le bord de mer est gratuit et qu'il y avait des places à cette période de l'année) Porte d'entrée condamnée le dernier jour sans comprendre d'emblée par où il fallait passer ce qui nous a obligés à appeler l'hôte.

Près de tout à pied à un quart d'heure maximum.

Bonne situation géographique,déplacements à pied,bus tram,tout est possible sans se servir de la voiture.Places de parkings disponibles facilement à proximité. David très réactif et sympa. Voilà déjà 2 fois que nous y avons logé avec satisfaction.

Petit bémol:la literie n'est pas trop confortable, dommage.

L’appartement était propre, proche des transports, des services, joli et au calme! J’ai passé quelques jours avec ma sœur pour fêter mon anniversaire et on a beaucoup apprécié! David a été un hôte très réactif, arrangeant et gentil.

Der Ausblick ist super, man sieht die Kirche gut. Ausstattung ausreichend, Parken und Kommunikation hat gut geklappt. Der Chip liegt oben in der Unterkunft bereit, womit man die Schranke öffnen kann. Den musste erstmal einer holen, dann konnten wir direkt auf den Parkplatz vor dem Eingang. Die Innenstadt ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer sehr klein und die Couch-Liege ist nicht besonders bequem. Etwas Küchenausstattung hat auch gefehlt und es gehen nicht alle Lampen.
