L'emplacement

Rien de ce qui est dans le descriptif. Pas de produits de toilette Pas de PQ La piece est salle. Jai du faire le ménage avant..les murs sont vétustes. La fenetre n'ouvre pas. Un baton qui sert de tringle a rideau est maintenu avec du scotch . L'accès aux clefs est très mal indiqué et presque inaccessible. Avant de comprendre quil faut se coucher au sol pour voir une boite a clefs dans une boite a lettres de 8 cms de large,il vous faut bidouiller les codes au moins 10 fois avantquil ne s'ouvre... Sportif, je vous asssure DU JAMAIS VU ENCORE!!! Pas de parking accessible comme indiqué. Personne ne répond au numéro de tel Enfin, fort dommage...

Le canapé-lit est cassé et inconfortable. Manque d’équipement de cuisine. Logement pas prêt à l’heure convenu.

Horrible

Je loue des logement tous les mois dans le cadre de mon travail, celui ci est de loin le pire que j’ai eu. Le logement est à la limite d’être insalubre. Aucune isolation donc nous entendons parfaitement la vie intime des voisins. Les fenêtres ne se ferment pas correctement. L’état du canapé lit est catastrophique il est aussi sale qu’inconfortable. Aucun équipement de cuisine n’est fournis, hormis une poêle et une casserole qui n’est pas reconnu par la plaque chauffante. La télé de fonctionne pas. Et le parking est bloqué d’accès. C’ est sincèrement honteux.

Schifo e scarafaggi.

La sporcizia regna sovrana. La doccia é spostata dal muro, e i tubi passano lateralmente a vista. Abbiamo trovato gli scarafaggi e non ci sono piatti o utensili per cucinare. Il divano letto é quasi rotto. Dopo aver visto tutto questo abbiamo deciso di andarcene e cercare un hotel dell’ultimo minuto. Stiamo ancora aspettando il rimborso promesso dal proprietario che dopo un po’ ha smesso magicamente smesso di rispondere. Non consigliato.

L'emplacement était parfait, proche du port et de la plage, non loin des commerces

La propreté laisse à désirer. Des traces de chaussures dans la SDB et des CAFARDS à plusieurs endroits (nous avons dû les chasser avant de dormir...)

La difficulté d'accéder à la boîte à clés : au fond de la boîte aux lettres Le parking sans place numérotée et toujours plein La vétusté des meubles, fenêtres, store cassé qu'on ne peut pas baisser, pas de rideaux pour le vis à vis Le fuite dans la cabine douche, très étroite Ampoules grillées, lampe d'appoint au fil arraché donc dangeureuse

Moi qui aime la mer, j'ai passé un très beau séjour, et je compte y revenir.

L'emplacement du studio est idéal pour moi, on peut apercevoir le port de plaisance, car la résidence est située en face du port, et il n'est pas très loin de la plage à environ 700 m. Pour faire ses courses, super U est à environ 500 m. Pour se déplacer le tram n'est pas non plus très loin.

La télécommande ne fonctionne pas, pour allumer la télé.

Désastreux !

La petite vue mer

Message adressé au propriétaire.... Bonjour, Je vous ai laissé un message vocal hier pour faire le point sur l'état du studio à notre arrivée et les conditions de logement que cela a occasionné. Personne n'a pris la peine de me rappeler depuis. Pourtant une journée s'est écoulée !!! Nous avons dû dormir parterre car le système du canapé clic clac est, au 3/4, sorti de ses visses !!! Impossible donc de dormir dessus. Autre souci technique au niveau de la douche cette fois ci : une FUITE laissant tomber une GOUTTE CHAQUE la SECONDE !!! Il est vraiment urgent de faire quelque chose. Quel gaspillage ! Nous n'avons pas trouvé de robinet d'arrêt principal dans l'appartement, pour pouvoir couper l'eau en notre absence. De plus, cela engendre de la moisissure et un dépôt de calcaire impressionnants. Affreux de se doucher dans ces conditions. Cette douche est insalubre !!! Ce n'est vraiment pas sain. Je comprends pourquoi il y a un stock de 5 bouteilles de vinaigre blanc sous l'évier !!! La lampe de chevet ne fonctionne pas car le câble électrique ne tient plus la prise que par quelques fils ! Quand à la grande lampe noir, elle fonctionne... si on la branche et débranche, c'est l'interrupteur qui est cassé ! Avec le matelas parterre à côté du canapé, il faut donc se relever pour éteindre la lampe et se coucher à la lumière de son téléphone portable ! En bref, c'est bien décoré, la vue est belle du coin du studio, je mais nous avons fait du camping !!! Il n'est pas honnête de continuer à louer cet appartement dans cet état et de gaspiller toute cette eau !!! Booking va être averti de ce pas ainsi que l'Office du Tourisme. En espérant que vous avez un minimum de décence et que vous ferez des travaux de plomberie dans l'urgence... Cordialement
