Your holiday starts as soon as you arrive with our all-inclusive package:
Beds made on arrival, bath towels (foutas) and dish towels provided, and to finish them off well the end-of-stay cleaning is included!
The two-storey villa is semi-detached and is located in a holiday residence.
On the first floor, you will find an entrance, a pantry, a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a mini oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster. You will also find a large quantity of crockery as well as all the useful utensils for cooking.
The living room is composed of a dining area, composed of a wooden table with 6 chairs and a large china cabinet, the living area is composed of two sofas, two small tables, a dresser and a TV cabinet.
The bathroom is composed of a vanity unit with a large mirror, a shower and a washing machine. The toilet is located in the bathroom while remaining independent with a door.
Upstairs you will find:
a large landing with an office space.
a bedroom with a double bed 140 and a wardrobe.
a bedroom with a double bed in 160, a single bed in 90 and a large wardrobe.
All beds are made on arrival, each bed has a mattress protector, a fitted sheet, a duvet with its duvet cover, a pillow protected by a cover and a pillowcase per person.
We also provide one bath towel (fouta) per person.
Villa Prosper also has a private fenced garden.
A large terrace along the entire length of the house with a sitting area, consisting of a bench, two armchairs and a wooden table as well as two plastic adirondack chairs, you will also have two plastic sunbeds on the lawn.
a dining area with a large wooden table and 6 plastic chairs, an outdoor sink and a charcoal barbecue. An electric awning covers the entire dining area in case of need (sun or light rain)

Nous avons passés un super séjour, logement conforme à la description, très propre et joliement décoré. Nelly et Marlène sont adorables et pleines d'attentions pour que les locataires passent un bon séjour. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir lors de notre prochain voyage sur l'île d'Oléron.

Haus sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet, was man braucht. man wohnt direkt am Strand.
Host sehr hilfsbereit.
Einziges Problem ist eine Laterne vor den Schlafzimmer-Fenstern.

Super location avec tout le confort, déco très sympa et terrasse et jardin très agréables. Plage à 5mn à pieds de la résidence, par contre voiture ou vélo nécessaires pour les courses.
