Enjoy a pleasant single-storey house for 5 people, ideally located near La Cotinière and less than 5 minutes walk from the beaches. 🏖️
The house has 2 bedrooms with new bedding:
* 1 double bed 140 × 190 cm
* 3 single beds 90 × 190 cm
The bathroom was renovated at the end of 2023.
At your disposal:

To be expected: sheets and towels are not provided.
Note: a right of way must be maintained in front of the house to allow access to the emergency services and the house located at the back. Passage is very infrequent and should not disturb your stay.

Would benefit from WiFi and other small features like mirrors in bedrooms, shelf in shower for shampoos etc.
Property and secure garden excellent if you have dogs, close to the beach and safe dog walks.
