Welcome to La Lumineuse de Dolus, a pleasant holiday home located in Dolus-d'Oléron, on the road to the beach. Bright, comfortable and perfectly equipped, it welcomes you in a quiet and green environment, only 800 meters from the ocean and in the immediate vicinity of the cycle paths. Its south-west exposure and outdoor spaces make it an ideal place to fully enjoy your holidays on the Ile d'Oléron.
With a surface area of approximately 75 m², the house can accommodate up to 6 people. Spread over two levels, it has two bedrooms and an open mezzanine offering additional sleeping space.
The beds consist of a 160 cm double bed, a 140 cm double bed and two single beds to comfortably accommodate the whole family.
The warm and bright living room opens onto the garden and offers a pleasant setting to share moments of conviviality after a day at the beach or exploring the island. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a heated towel rail, while the toilet is independent.
The kitchen, fully fitted and equipped, has a three-burner induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Krups capsule machine. All the crockery and equipment you need to prepare your meals are at your disposal.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, bordered by hedges and walls, offering privacy and tranquility. A courtyard with garden furniture allows you to enjoy your meals in the shade, while the barbecue, sunbeds and hammock invite you to relax and enjoy long summer evenings.
