In a small typical village, surrounded by vineyards, quiet and close to bike paths and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Oléron, the beach of Vert Bois. The old house benefits from a 50 m2 terrace, not overlooked, and modern comfort.
Located equidistant from Dolus d'Oléron or the town of Château d'Oléron or the superb fishing port of La Cotinière, it is close to shops and the typical markets of the island. Also on the passage of one of the many bike paths on its own site which allow you to practice cycling with family and safely. Close to all amenities and the Thalassotherapy center of Saint Trojan les Bains. You can also go for a fishing or photography trip without worrying about the car ... The superb forest is close by along the sea with its walking or sports routes. There are many small producers of organic products on the island, whether for vegetables or wine if you wish ...

Das Haus ist gut 100 Jahre alt, schön renoviert, das Bad ist schön und alles ganz gut in Schuss. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für 6-8 Personen. Zu 8 wird es sicher eng, wir waren zu 2 Personen, da ist es sicher groß genug.
Die Lage im kleinen Ort Le Riveau ist ein weing abgelegen, da gibt es keine Bäckerei oder sonst was in der Nähe.
Wahrscheinlich durch das Alter ist das Haus ein wenig feucht und das merkt man auch an den Kleidern, die man in den Schrank hängt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen und empfangen.
Es war insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!
