About this apartment rental
New apartment with commual pool and sea views This comfortable, modern apartment is part of a newly built apartment complex. The luminous living-dining area has large windows, and the furnished balcony offers some sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dish washer. The master bedroom has two single beds joined together as well as an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is twin. There is another bathroom accessed from the hallway. Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. The building has underground parking with one space included in the rental price. The development has a large communal pool (open from June to September) and a playground.
VFT/CA/03629 The Apartment Almudena is part of a newly built residential area on the edge of town. The beach can be reached in 20 minutes on foot, but a car is recommended, because the apartment is located on a hill. The old town with its numerous tapa bars and restaurants is also a 20 minute walk. There is a supermarket within walking distance.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario para 4 personas.Muy limpio y todo está nuevo.Situado en una urbanización muy tranquila y a 10 minutos del centro caminando.En general muy recomendable,ideal para pasar unos días en Conil.
