Modern Apartment with great views, communal pool and huge private roof terrace Apartment Nil is a fabulous top floor apartment (2nd floor) located in a well maintained urbanisation close to the beaches and the centre of Conil. The urbanisation counts with a communal pool area. The apartment has been completely reformed in the summer of 2021. The very luminous apartment consists of 2 bedrooms both with air condition and fan. The master bedroom with build in wardrobes and sea views. The bathroom with bath and shower over. The living room with integrated dining area has access to a balcony with stunning views over the coast line from Conil. An internal staircase leads to the private roof terrace with approx. 60 sqm with marvellous views towards Castilnovo, El Palmar and the African coast. The roof terrace is equipped with lounges, table an chairs and a lounge area. The pool is close to the apartment and can be used from the tenants of the apartment house. Nos ha encantado el apartamento: limpieza, comodidad...ha superado nuestras expectativas. La terraza de arriba es estupenda y está acondicionada a la perfección. Repetiremos, sin duda.

Comidad, limpieza, lujo y nos quedaríamos cortos con estas valoraciones. La estancia ha sido excelente. El apartamento es mejor de lo esperado en las fotos, la localización perfecta y a escasos 7 minutos del centro. El mobiliario, electrodomésticos, menaje. Aparcamiento privado en el edificio. Acceso a la piscina con horario amplio.

Second time in this appartment. The appartment is ideally located, great view on river beach and the sea. Quiet environment, clean and great appartment, everything you need is there. Roof terrace has been improved so great to relax or take a sunbath. Or use the balcony for your morning breakfast. Distance to beach or centre is about 10 minutes walk or simply take the car in couple of minutes. Parking in centre is very very cheap.

Super tolles Apartment! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Bereits am Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht. In Richtung El Palmar und natürlich sieht am auch das Meer. Die zusätzliche Dachterrasse ist wirklich ein Highlight. Super groß, ausgestattet und super Blick! Auch der Tiefgaragen Stellplatz ist sehr praktisch. In die Stadt läuft man entspannt ca. 15 min.
Wir kommen sicherlich im nächsten Jahr wieder.
