About this apartment rental
Modern apartment with sea views from the roof terrace near the beach Apartment Cati in Conil is a modern in design and has magnificent sea views from the private roof terrace. It is located on the banks of the small river Rio Salado near the beach. It has a spacious open plan lounge with dining area and is equipped with internet access, SAT TV (English news channels) and air conditioning (cold/warm). There is a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave). There are three bedrooms (two doubles 160x200 cm and 140x190 cm and one twin). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a separate shower room for the convenience of the other two bedrooms. From the balcony, which is accessed from the living room and equipped with a nice dining table, you reach the private, furnished roof terrace with breathtaking views of the long, sandy white beaches stretching out to El Palmar. On clear days even the coastline of Africa is visible. The apartment is on the second floor and there is an elevator.
The location of Apartment Cati couldn´t be better: The street is quiet, but it is only a short walk to the endless sandy beach and the charming old town of Conil.

The old town is just a 6 minute stroll away and the beautiful beach Los Bateles is within 5 minutes walking distance. There are various tapa bars and restaurants close by.

El apartamento está muy bien, cómodo, es destacable la cantidad de menaje que tiene que facilita la estancia. Lo único mejorable son las sábanas ya que únicamente dispone de una funda nórdica para cada cama. Estaría bien disponer de un par de juegos de sábanas para cada cama

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick von der Loggia und der Dachterrasse. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und in die Altstadt. Sehr ruhig fanden wir die Wohnung nicht. An die Hunde in der Umgebung haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt, aber es gibt schon viel Autoverkehr drumherum, das hat uns etwas gestört. Und die Parkplatzsuche in der Hochsaison ist nicht ganz einfach, entspannt sich aber sehr in der Nebensaison. Ein Wind- und Sonnenschutz wie auf der Dachterrasse der Nachbarn wäre toll.
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Sehr freundliche und gute Betreuung durch Casa de la Luz. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder und buchen wieder bei Casa de la Luz.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Top Lage. Sehr großzügig mit schöner Loggia und Dachterrasse mit super Blick.
Alles drin was man braucht - außer einem Sonnenschutz auf der Dachterrasse, die dadurch tagsüber nicht gut nutzbar ist. Geschirrspültabs wären auch prima gewesen.
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und toller, sehr freundlicher Service von Casa de la Luz. Gerne wieder.
