About this apartment rental
New, spacious apartment with all kinds of amenities. Fully equipped. Located on the 1st floor. All rooms face outward, with windows and plenty of natural light.
Spacious living-dining room with 2 sofas and a dining table with 8 chairs. 2 bedrooms with built-in closets; one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds (90 cm). Separate, new kitchen with all appliances, cookware, and dishes. Two bathrooms: the first bathroom has a toilet, bathtub with shower, bidet, and toilet; the second bathroom has a toilet, shower, and toilet. Shared rooftop laundry area. Heat and cool air conditioning. Wi-Fi.
Sheets and towels provided. No parking issues. Quiet area. Very close to several supermarkets (Aldy, El Jamón, Mercadona). With bars and restaurants nearby (Burger King, etc.). A 3-minute walk to downtown and a 12-minute walk to the beach. Maximum capacity: 4 people. No pets allowed. C/ Rosalía de Castro.
Excellent location for enjoying the town of Conil and its extensive, beautiful beaches and coves. And for lovely day trips to Cádiz and the towns throughout the province.
Its location, in a new part of Conil, is ideal for a peaceful stay, free from noise and crowds.
Parties are not allowed, nor is any noise that might disturb other residents.
The primary guest must be 30 years of age or older.
In July and August, the minimum stay is 6 nights, with check-in on Sunday or Monday.

Our family, four persons from Germany, enoyed our holidays at the appartment very much.
The apparment is located in a nice apparment complex providing enough parking space nearby. It is a good location for excursions as well as for going to the beaches (we went always by car).
The pictures match with the interior and the appartment is very clean. The electric devices work very well - we used the washing maschine, the dish washer and the air-conditionning - and the WIFI was also perfekt - a special plus, the appartment is very calm.
Communication with Marisa was very friendly and we were answered very quickly.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, se puede ir andando a la playa y al centro. Con mucho sitio para aparcar. La atención estupenda y la limpieza del apartamento también.

El apartamento, está muy bien tal como viene en las fotos. Totalmente equipado. La zona muy tranquila, sin problema de aparcamiento. Esta retirado del centro y al mismo tiempo cercano a todo, andando puedes ir al centro y a la playa, 10 minutos. Perfecto para pasar unos días como en casa. Muy puntuales para la recepción y la salida. El trato con Merche y su marido, Marisa no pudo estar, muy agradable y cercano.

Just perfect for a self-catering, relaxed holiday within a walking distance of the old town. The landlady is speaking very kind and reliable and the whole proceeding went just fine. Only thing missing in the discription was that there is free WIFI but no English or German channels on TV.
