Inside, modern and sophisticated artwork fill every room for a coastal, elegant feel. The first floor has access to the courtyard and pool, leading into 3 guest rooms. The first is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and soaking tub. The other 2 both feature queen beds and private bathrooms.
The second floor is the home's main level and features an open kitchen and living room, tied together by plenty of natural light that shines from the porch and 2 swanky light fixtures over the dining table and living area. Location was perfect! House was beautiful overall. Check in and out process was a little tough because we didn’t know until the day of if we could check in early and we had a bunch of luggage. We had an issue with a gas smell and they were super quick to respond!

This property is newly renovated and all the amenities are functional including the ice maker and sharp knives in the kitchen. The pool heat is optional during the off months and heats the pool to 95. Two enclosed garage parking spots is a huge plus. There were a couple things that could be improved: 1) tv experiences: soundbar for the main living area and smart tv’s in the bedrooms. 2) a simple user guide for the home that explains things like there is an alarm for the pool area, etc. When we arrived there was a project going for the roof that they were trying to finish before we arrived. There was a ladder going to the roof and nails and debris all over the outdoor space and in the pool. But the management company responded immediately and took care of cleaning it up very quickly. They also offered a credit for 1 day lack of use of the pool. I think it was a miscommunication between the parties, so not a huge issue - this stuff happens during downtime off season in RB. We would definitely stay here again - it was very clean and comfortable with a terrific location.
