30a Beach Properties presents Madison Cottage. When it comes to South of 30-A homes in Rosemary Beach, one of the true favorites of families for many returning families is The Madison Cottage. The location is just so ideal being across from the Barbados Pool and then just a 1 minute walk your beach access gate, and also the cafes on Main Street in Rosemary Beach. And it's a great floor plan for larger groups - a large open 1st floor for kitchen, living, and dining. The third floor has our very neat bunk area that is hard to beat - 7 twin bunks plus 2 bathrooms. (You might also consider getting the very cozy carriage that has everything you need).
We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers
All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!
Features include a 4 bedroom / 5.5 bath cottage. Adding the carriage gets you to 5 bedrooms, rented separately. Two courtyards and a great outdoor Viking Grill complements the exterior. Newly refurnished, this family friendly home is clean, spacious and welcoming. We would love for to host your group!

It is directly across from the Barbados Pool (one of four pools in Rosemary Beach, including 1 indoor) and just seven homes north of the gulf with gulf views from the balconies. Our beach access is walkover 'I'.

We loved this property! It was beautifully decorated and maintained. The location was perfect, right across the street from the pool and a very short walk to the beach and downtown Rosemary Beach shopping. I would highly recommend staying here. The property management company was great too. They were very responsive to any questions.

The location of this property was fantastic. Easy access to both the beach and the pool. The house itself was well appointed and had great supplies. Contact with the property manager was easy. Great property! We plan to stay again.

The property is definitely an upscale home. It is across the street from the pool, and a short walk to the beach. It is also a short walk from the shops and restaurants in Rosemary Beach. Once we were at the house, we had no need to drive anywhere. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The house had complete amenities, including televisions, cooking utensils, outdoor grill, beach chairs, beach toys, and games for the kids. It was easy to check in and out. We had three cars, so we put one in the garage, and two parked on the street with the passes provided. All in all, we had a wonderful week.

Perfect house for our large group. Third floor loft room was perfect for the teenagers to spread out and have their own space and second floor was perfect for adults to have private rooms away from the kids. First floor was large, open floor plan with plenty of room for everyone to gather. Plenty of outdoor space, directly across from pool and super close to beach and to the town/shopping areas. Carriage house was a great add-on to setup work from home / office area away from the group and an additional sleeping space for our large group. Property manager was very helpful and responsive and on-site bike rental was great price and super convenient.
