The property is the perfect location for the beach, community pool, and downtown Rosemary Beach. We had everything we needed and more. There were 12 of us including grown kids and grandkids and we had plenty of room without sacrificing privacy for each family. Highly recommend!

The location of the home was very good for house. Not to far from Beach Access and walking distance of everything. The problem I had was the house itself. The layout of the home was poorly designed. The Master Bedroom was on the first floor just under the living room. You could hear everyone walking above you as well as up and down the stairs located next to the bedroom. The position of the bedroom was also located in the front of the home next to main road and main sidewalk where you can hear everything. The garage was unattached so bringing in groceries was difficult especially since the home had no elevator. The courtyard had two raised levels and on one level the pavers were loose so you had to watch as you were stepping up to that level. It was also poorly lit since the lights did not work.
